{"id":10555,"date":"2014-01-03T16:35:06","date_gmt":"2014-01-03T16:35:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=10555"},"modified":"2023-03-10T16:56:19","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T16:56:19","slug":"aprender-a-hacer-un-estudio-de-mercado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/10-consejos-para\/aprender-a-hacer-un-estudio-de-mercado\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprender a hacer un estudio de mercado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">Un estudio de mercado es la herramienta que permite a las empresas conocer caracter\u00edsticas importantes de sus clientes actuales y potenciales, como lo son gustos, ocupaci\u00f3n y necesidades; los cuales ayudan a dise\u00f1ar mejor los productos, ponerles precio, saber que publicidad se necesita y c\u00f3mo se va a dar la distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La recolecci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n se da a trav\u00e9s de diferentes fuentes, pueden ser primarias, vienen directamente de los \u00a0clientes, encuestas, etc; o secundarias, datos tomados de alg\u00fan estudio previo, como un censo de poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Los principales beneficios que se tienen al realizar un estudio de este tipo son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Determinar la viabilidad del negocio en un entorno determinado<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Definir el target o p\u00fablico meta<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tener conocimiento acerca de la competencia directa e indirecta<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Desarrollar un plan de publicidad y mercadotecnia efectivo que permita alcanzar los objetivos deseados<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Brindar los productos y servicios de calidad que el cliente espera<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Un estudio de mercado proporciona informaci\u00f3n real e indispensable para la toma de decisiones de un negocio, sin embargo, no todas las empresas saben realizarlo de manera correcta.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Por esta raz\u00f3n, a continuaci\u00f3n se enlistan los pasos que se deben tomar en cuenta para la realizaci\u00f3n de un estudio de mercado:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Definir el objetivo del estudio, \u00bfqu\u00e9 se desea conocer? \u00bfde qu\u00e9 me va a servir?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">En funci\u00f3n del objetivo, se eligen las herramientas de investigaci\u00f3n que se utilizar\u00e1n.
