Una dieta adecuada puede prevenir enfermedades as\u00ed como mejorar nuestro rendimiento f\u00edsico y mental.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Una sana alimentaci\u00f3n debe complementarse con \u201csnaks\u201d apropiados, por ejemplo los ar\u00e1ndanos rojos, contienen sustancias ben\u00e9ficas para los sistemas cardiovascular e inmunol\u00f3gico, as\u00ed como los frutos secos, alimento que contiene una suma importante de grasas saludables y son ricos en Omega 3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">En ocasiones debido a las m\u00faltiples ocupaciones de los estudiantes, es imposible sentarse a comer una comida balanceada, que compense adecuadamente alimentos fr\u00edos y c\u00e1lidos, \u00a0no obstante las ensaladas son una opci\u00f3n id\u00f3nea, su transportaci\u00f3n es f\u00e1cil y la suma de vegetales proporcionar\u00e1 la energ\u00eda suficiente durante el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Es importante se\u00f1alar que deben evitarse galletas o botanas empaquetadas, estos alimentos contienen fuertes cantidades de sodio y conservadores, las grasas trans generan que sean dif\u00edciles de digerir y los contenidos grasos se adhieran a las paredes intestinales, causando irritaci\u00f3n y endurecimiento fecal.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Las tiendas naturistas ofrecen una oferta variada se snaks saludables, papas deshidratadas, cacahuates ligeros as\u00ed como botanas de soya. De ser posible hay que suprimir el consumo de refresco, ya que su contenido en az\u00facares es muy alto, adem\u00e1s de que genera a la larga gastritis y obesidad.
