Sab\u00edas que el aprendizaje depende de m\u00faltiples factores cognitivos, did\u00e1cticos, f\u00edsicos y ambientales, entre otros. \u00bfC\u00f3mo es tu lugar de estudio?<\/p>\n

Encuentra un \u00f3ptimo lugar de estudio<\/strong><\/p>\n

El sitio que destinamos para estudiar influye poderosamente en la manera que interactuamos con el aprendizaje, este debe cumplir con ciertas condiciones para ser adecuado para el estudio, no siempre la privacidad es suficiente, a veces el lugar necesita de otros aspectos para ser \u00f3ptimo y principalmente funcional.<\/p>\n

El lugar de estudio juega un papel interesante y es recomendable \u00a0que \u00e9ste sea destinado s\u00f3lo con ese prop\u00f3sito. La limpieza es b\u00e1sica ya que el desorden combinado con el ruido y la suciedad producen estr\u00e9s; aunque algunos contradigan lo anterior, est\u00e1 comprobado de acuerdo a uno de los postulados de la teor\u00eda de la Gestalt, que el hombre siempre tiende a ordenar y unir de manera consciente e inconsciente, toda translocaci\u00f3n de su entorno repercute en su estado de \u00e1nimo, seg\u00fan la psic\u00f3loga mexicana Martha Aguirre Campos.<\/p>\n

La correcta ventilaci\u00f3n e iluminaci\u00f3n son vitales, as\u00ed como la eliminaci\u00f3n de distractores, tales como videojuegos, televisi\u00f3n, tel\u00e9fono o celulares. Especialistas en pedagog\u00eda sugieren tambi\u00e9n desconectar el internet si no se utilizar\u00e1. \u201cNavegar en internet constituye hoy en d\u00eda el principal factor de distracci\u00f3n en los j\u00f3venes\u201d, afirma Valent\u00edn Astorga, miembro del ministerio de la educaci\u00f3n en Albacete Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

Cuando no se tiene un lugar de estudio por el tama\u00f1o de la vivienda u otros aspectos, es oportuno realizar tareas en parques o bibliotecas, de no ser posible esto, concentrarse al m\u00e1ximo en la actividad que se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo, sea cual sea el lugar, aunque suene trillado, se pueden usar unos tapones para los o\u00eddos que ser\u00e1n de mucha ayuda.<\/p>\n

Ignacio Alm\u00e9ida, pedagogo argentino del Centro de Capacitaci\u00f3n para el Estudio, asegura que los h\u00e1bitos de estudios son fundamentales para conseguir el \u00e9xito en el aprendizaje. Uno de los principales es dormir de 6 a 8 horas como m\u00ednimo. La falta de sue\u00f1o conlleva una p\u00e9rdida de atenci\u00f3n y de concentraci\u00f3n que va a afectar negativamente al rendimiento acad\u00e9mico. La hora de dormir y despertarse tambi\u00e9n influye de manera directa, dado que puede generar una alteraci\u00f3n en nuestro reloj biol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n

Cuidar nuestro lugar de estudio puede ayudarnos a mejorar nuestra capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n y de retenci\u00f3n de memoria, cumplir con horarios establecidos es el siguiente paso, as\u00ed sean s\u00f3lo diez minutos diarios, estos deben cumplirse cabalmente, una planificaci\u00f3n diaria de nuestras actividades garantiza un mejor rendimiento de nuestro tiempo.<\/p>\n
