Hay maneras de manipular nuestro \u00e1nimo por medio de ciertas rutinas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando no tenemos actividades programadas, el inconsciente procesa tal informaci\u00f3n y provoca la sensaci\u00f3n de haber descansado a plenitud, pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 podemos hacer para despertar con buen \u00e1nimo todos los d\u00edas? A continuaci\u00f3n 10 consejos para despertar con m\u00e1s \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Progr\u00e1mate con un enunciado positivo.<\/strong> El lenguaje es un sistema de signos que genera est\u00edmulos, es por eso que las palabras adecuadas pueden cambiar el estado de \u00e1nimo de manera positiva. As\u00ed que formula un enunciado positivo y procura colocarlo en un lugar donde puedas verlo f\u00e1cilmente, esto ayudar\u00e1 a sentirte bien la mayor parte del d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sonr\u00ede.<\/strong> Procura que tu primera acci\u00f3n del d\u00eda sea sonre\u00edr, si no hay motivo, al menos procura hacer el gesto, puesto que al hacerlo env\u00edas un mensaje al subconsciente de que todo est\u00e1 bien. Pru\u00e9balo y notar\u00e1s la diferencia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Inhala y exhala repetidas veces.<\/strong> Despertarse con rapidez puede generar mareo y sensaci\u00f3n de incomodidad, date un tiempo para realizar respiraciones profundas, al hacerlo llenas de ox\u00edgeno el cuerpo y ayudas a que la sangre de tu cuerpo fluya adecuadamente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Utiliza sonidos arm\u00f3nicos de alarma.<\/strong> Muchas veces los tonos preestablecidos del celular son molestos, en ocasiones nosotros mismo elegimos algo estruendoso para despertar r\u00e1pidamente, esto ocasiona que tengamos un golpe de estr\u00e9s inmediato. Modula el volumen y escoge un tema agradable.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Arregla tu cama.<\/strong> En ocasiones por cuesti\u00f3n del tiempo tendemos mal la cama o no lo hacemos, y aunque parezca dif\u00edcil de creer, tender la cama ayuda a despejar la mente y a dormir como un beb\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Desecha los pensamientos negativos antes de dormir.<\/strong> El momento previo al sue\u00f1o es important\u00edsimo, si dormimos recordando situaciones hilarantes, es posible que nuestro descanso sea pleno y viceversa, si pensamos en conflictos o cosas que nos provocan estr\u00e9s, dormiremos con la sensaci\u00f3n de ansiedad; t\u00fa decides qu\u00e9 clase de descanso quieres tener.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cuida tu temperatura corporal.<\/strong> El exceso de calor se traduce en sudoraci\u00f3n, del mismo modo la presencia de fr\u00edo se manifiesta por temblores, contracci\u00f3n muscular y respiraci\u00f3n anormal. Procura dormir con la temperatura ideal, \u00e9sta oscila entre los 36 y 38\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sentirse con \u00e1nimo es cuesti\u00f3n de actitud.\u00a0<\/strong>Si duermes acompa\u00f1ado, procura dar muestras de cari\u00f1o a tu pareja, piensa que ser\u00e1 un d\u00eda grandioso y desecha los malos pensamientos, de ser posible haz algo que te guste; escuchar m\u00fasica, hacer ejercicio, comer algo, mandar un mensaje a alguien o simplemente asumir que t\u00fa eres el m\u00e1ximo responsable de c\u00f3mo quieres que sea tu d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Escucha m\u00fasica mientras te preparas<\/strong>. El escuchar nuestra m\u00fasica preferida y nuestros gustos nos ayudan a personalizar nuestra rutina para hacerla mas amena, por tanto, efectiva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El caf\u00e9 y el ba\u00f1o te esperan con los brazos abiertos<\/strong>.
