{"id":12728,"date":"2014-03-17T17:55:01","date_gmt":"2014-03-17T17:55:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=12728"},"modified":"2023-03-10T16:57:46","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T16:57:46","slug":"comportamiento-humanosabes-por-que-te-sonrojas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/rol-personal\/comportamiento-humanosabes-por-que-te-sonrojas\/","title":{"rendered":"Comportamiento humano: \u00bfsabes por qu\u00e9 te sonrojas?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con el paso de los a\u00f1os la psicolog\u00eda y la <span style=\"color: #008a5d;\"><a style=\"color: #008a5d;\" href=\"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/la-voz-experta\/la-neurociencia-y-su-impacto-en-la-actualidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">neurociencia<\/a><\/span> se han unido para tratar de explicar un fen\u00f3meno com\u00fan del comportamiento humano, \u00bfqui\u00e9n no se ha sonrojado alguna vez?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cient\u00edficamente el rubor facial es una respuesta fisiol\u00f3gica provocada por una hiperactividad del sistema simp\u00e1tico, esta dilata los vasos sangu\u00edneos faciales provocando una ligera coloraci\u00f3n de tono rosado rojizo en los p\u00f3mulos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es asociado con sentimientos arraigados espec\u00edficamente a la naturaleza humana, como lo son la verg\u00fcenza y la culpa, y vinculados a emociones relacionadas con la evaluaci\u00f3n social y de uno mismo como la sorpresa, ira, alegr\u00eda e, incluso, amor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Las teor\u00edas de porqu\u00e9 te sonrojas<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos han permitido que estudios sobre el comportamiento humano hayan culminado en tres teor\u00edas modernas que buscan encontrar una explicaci\u00f3n certera del detonante responsable de esta reacci\u00f3n involuntaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Teor\u00eda #1.<\/strong>&nbsp;L\u00ednea comunicativa; tiene la funci\u00f3n de transmitir informaci\u00f3n subjetiva para el receptor, como la honestidad, empat\u00eda y confianza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Teor\u00eda #2.<\/strong>&nbsp;Atenci\u00f3n social indeseada; es provocado por un exceso de atenci\u00f3n sobre una misma persona, la cual al sentirse inc\u00f3moda desviar\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n de s\u00ed misma<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Teor\u00eda #3.<\/strong>&nbsp;La exposici\u00f3n; aparece cuando una informaci\u00f3n privada es descubierta o se encuentra amenazada con serlo. Esta teor\u00eda propone que el valor del sonrojo no depende de la reacci\u00f3n en s\u00ed misma sino del contexto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por otro lado, el comportamiento humano de quien tiene miedo a ruborizarse consiste en sobreestimar la intensidad y el costo social del sonrojo.
