{"id":1363,"date":"2013-05-16T23:25:08","date_gmt":"2013-05-16T23:25:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=1363"},"modified":"2023-03-10T16:53:22","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T16:53:22","slug":"el-papel-del-profesor-en-linea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/estudia-en-linea\/el-papel-del-profesor-en-linea\/","title":{"rendered":"El papel del profesor en l\u00ednea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de un modelo de educaci\u00f3n virtual, el papel del <strong>profesor en l\u00ednea<\/strong> es el v\u00ednculo m\u00e1s importante entre la informaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje, ya que es quien orienta al alumno en la b\u00fasqueda y construcci\u00f3n del conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las acciones llevadas a cabo por este, son en pro del desarrollo intelectual del alumno, motiv\u00e1ndolo en cada momento para que muestre mayor inter\u00e9s por el curso y adquiera cada vez mayor autonom\u00eda, por medio de la creaci\u00f3n de planteamientos y la resoluci\u00f3n de dudas o problemas que enriquezcan el continuo aprendizaje del alumno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a Maison, Paulsen y Berge, son 5 las funciones del profesor en l\u00ednea:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2022 La funci\u00f3n organizacional.<\/strong> Planifica el mejor modelo educativo.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 La funci\u00f3n intelectual.<\/strong> Es facilitador del proceso de aprendizaje.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Funci\u00f3n social.<\/strong> Interacci\u00f3n profesor-alumno-aprendizaje.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Funci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/strong> Uso de herramientas de aprendizaje.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Funci\u00f3n evaluativa.<\/strong> Se obtienen evidencias del aprendizaje del alumno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La motivaci\u00f3n juega un papel primordial en el seguimiento del aprendizaje del alumno, donde el <strong>profesor en l\u00ednea<\/strong> debe animar y recompensar emocionalmente a este por su trabajo y constante esfuerzo en el curso, con el prop\u00f3sito de que el alumno no se sienta solo en su proceso de aprendizaje y mejorar as\u00ed su inter\u00e9s por adquirir un mayor conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el <strong>profesor en l\u00ednea<\/strong>, representa un enfoque distinto frente a la ense\u00f1anza presencial, pues dentro de un ambiente virtual tendr\u00e1 menos control del manejo de la informaci\u00f3n y la retroalimentaci\u00f3n se vive de forma indirecta.
