Aunque tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 directamente influido por las hormonas y neurotransmisores que secreta nuestro cerebro, mismos ayudan a que nuestras funciones corporales trabajen de manera \u00f3ptima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con esto queremos decir que lo que consumimos o lo que comemos determina nuestros diferentes estados y es clave para la regulaci\u00f3n emocional.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las hormonas m\u00e1s importantes?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A continuaci\u00f3n mencionaremos las hormonas m\u00e1s importantes para nuestro cuerpo que pueden ser producidas de manera natural o ingeridas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Estas son las m\u00e1s importantes y, regulando su consumo a trav\u00e9s de una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, se podr\u00e1 tener un mayor desempe\u00f1o tanto f\u00edsico como intelectual en la vida diaria, as\u00ed como mejorar niveles de depresi\u00f3n y estr\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Serotonina<\/strong>. Es uno de los neurotransmisores m\u00e1s importantes y determina funciones tales como <strong>el humor, el estado de \u00e1nimo, el sue\u00f1o, la ira y el comportamiento sexual<\/strong>. Su ausencia se puede relacionar con la depresi\u00f3n, y en algunos casos m\u00e1s extremos con el autismo y la esquizofrenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Dopamina y Noradrenalina<\/strong>. Son las hormonas que se encargan de las situaciones de <strong>bienestar, felicidad y placer<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda a controlar el estr\u00e9s, y la atenci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Adrenalina<\/strong>. Es la hormona que se asocia a <strong>las emociones fuertes y al estr\u00e9s<\/strong>, es producida en mayores cantidades cuando nos encontramos en peligro o en una situaci\u00f3n emocional m\u00e1s intensa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Oxitocina<\/strong>. Es llamada la \u201chormona del amor\u201d y es la encargada de aumentar <strong>el deseo sexual<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Melatonina<\/strong>. Es la encargada de regular nuestro <strong>reloj biol\u00f3gico<\/strong>. Cuando hay un d\u00e9ficit de esta hormona entonces se presentan casos de insomnio y cansancio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Estr\u00f3genos<\/strong>. Es la hormona femenina y est\u00e1 asociada con el ciclo menstrual y <strong>la capacidad de reproducci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n influye en la situaci\u00f3n emocional y en los cambios \u00e1nimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Testosterona<\/strong>. Esta es la hormona masculina aunque las mujeres tambi\u00e9n la producen en peque\u00f1as cantidades. Est\u00e1 asociada con el <strong>desarrollo de los m\u00fasculos y de la grasa corporal<\/strong>, as\u00ed como en la regulaci\u00f3n de la fuerza f\u00edsica y los niveles de libido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La psic\u00f3loga especialista en trastornos alimenticios Mari Carmen Nevado nos recomienda una serie de alimentos que ayudan a mantener la producci\u00f3n de hormonas y neurotransmisores en niveles recomendables:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Todas las frutas y verduras que contengan <strong>Vitamina C<\/strong> como naranjas, fresas, kiwi, lim\u00f3n, pl\u00e1tano, ajo, aguacate etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022<strong>Frutos secos<\/strong> como nueces, legumbres y garbanzos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Pescados azules como el <strong>at\u00fan, salm\u00f3n, o caballa<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022<strong>Cereales Integrales<\/strong> que son ricos en \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y tript\u00f3fano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022<strong>T\u00e9 verde y chocolate<\/strong>, pueden ayudar a reforzar el estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Estos alimentos son importantes y ayudan a mantener un nivel adecuado de hormonas y
