laboral como personal y que crean un impacto positivo a la hora de trabajar; el reconocimiento de estos mantiene a los empleados contentos y satisfechos, considerando que gran parte del rendimiento de una compa\u00f1\u00eda depende del personal.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00eda a d\u00eda son millones de personas las que se esfuerzan en el trabajo para cumplir con \u00e9xito los objetivos de su empresa, esperando a cambio que su trabajo sea reconocido.\u00a0El empleado no solo busca beneficios econ\u00f3micos, sino tambi\u00e9n un ambiente sano, en el que su esfuerzo se vea recompensado de diferentes formas y tener la certeza de que su trabajo es importante.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas gestionadas de forma profesional tienen muy clara la importancia de la satisfacci\u00f3n de sus empleados para el bien com\u00fan, puesto que la falta de reconocimiento conlleva una serie de consecuencias negativas que afectan internamente.<\/p>\n<p>Ignorar la motivaci\u00f3n en lo que representa al alcance y las repercusiones que tenga sobre la empresa, puede ocasionar disminuci\u00f3n en la productividad y en la calidad del trabajo que los empleados realizan, resentimientos, rencores y desmotivaci\u00f3n; generando disminuci\u00f3n de entusiasmo en cuanto a colaboraci\u00f3n, llev\u00e1ndole a cometer errores y pensar que es in\u00fatil hacer un esfuerzo mayor.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente las principales razones de abandono o permanencia de las empresas se centran en razones de tipo emocional, cada d\u00eda se valoran m\u00e1s la flexibilidad, autonom\u00eda, formaci\u00f3n, las medidas de conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida personal y el buen ambiente laboral.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3n, la directiva debe de armonizar m\u00e1s con el rendimiento de los empleados, resaltando y reconociendo los logros que este obtiene, tanto de forma individual como grupal.<\/p>\n<p>La motivaci\u00f3n personal es un elemento fundamental para el \u00e9xito empresarial puesto que de ella depende el logro
