Tips para hacerla funcional"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\"><strong>Debido a la situaci\u00f3n actual, la mayor\u00eda de los profesionistas se han visto en la necesidad de hacer home office, por esto, compartimos algunos consejos para adaptar\u00a0una habitaci\u00f3n como oficina\u00a0y hacerla lo m\u00e1s funcional posible.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Cuida de no elegir cuartos que sean la uni\u00f3n entre otros, ni contiguos al comedor, o al cuarto de TV, todo esto para evitar cualquier posible distracci\u00f3n. Es preciso dejar en claro que lo m\u00e1s recomendable es mantener separados el lugar en el que se trabaja, y el lugar en el que se descansa, ya que\u00a0somos criaturas habituales y debemos acostumbrarnos a tener lugares espec\u00edficos para desempe\u00f1ar una u otra tarea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\"><strong>Ya que tomaste en cuenta estas recomendaciones y sabes qu\u00e9 habitaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 tu oficina, te compartimos algunos sencillos consejos para que sea eficiente y eficaz:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Comun\u00edcate constantemente con tus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, aprovecha la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Planea tus reuniones con tus jefes y c\u00famplelas para que inspires seguridad y compromiso.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Trabaja la impresi\u00f3n de disponibilidad que tienen de ti las personas que trabajan contigo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Visita la oficina. A pesar de que trabajes en casa, visita la oficina de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Si es posible, utiliza un equipo de c\u00f3mputo diferente para el trabajo, que el que utilizas personalmente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Establece horarios espec\u00edficos, para el trabajo y para el tiempo libre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Aparte de los horarios, oc\u00fapate en establecer objetivos peri\u00f3dicos y realistas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Aseg\u00farate de que tu \u00aboficina\u00bb tenga un ambiente adecuado y sea c\u00f3moda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Es recomendable que tu celular siempre est\u00e9 disponible o que te mantengas conectado por hangouts o alg\u00fan otro medio acordado por el equipo de trabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Es importante mantenerse lo m\u00e1s sencillo y pr\u00e1ctico posible, sin embargo los muebles son otra parte fundamental de la oficina, por ejemplo, en el caso de la silla, trata de elegir una ergon\u00f3mica, pues es probable que pases largas jornadas sentado, adem\u00e1s de los imprescindibles materiales de oficina, como impresora, conexi\u00f3n a internet, libretas, agendas y\u00a0<em>Post<\/em>&#8211;<em>its.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
