Podemos leerla bajo t\u00e9rminos como <strong>cultura de colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>cultura emprendedora<\/strong>, <strong>cultura de prevenci\u00f3n de crisis<\/strong>, <strong>cultura organizacional<\/strong>, entre otras.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pero, \u00bfa qu\u00e9 se refieren con Cultura Organizacional?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edgar K. Schein, citado por (D\u00edaz, 2004), define a la cultura en las organizaciones de la siguiente manera:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEl conjunto de normas y valores que caracterizan el estilo, la filosof\u00eda, la personalidad, el clima y el esp\u00edritu de empresa junto con el modo de estructurar y administrar los recursos materiales y humanos que la configuran y teniendo en cuenta la influencia del entorno en el que se encuentra\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La cultura organizacional<\/strong> es un fen\u00f3meno relacionado con aquellos aspectos tangibles e intangibles que envuelven una organizaci\u00f3n, es en s\u00ed una forma de \u201cvivir\u201d en el interior de las empresas. Se convierte entonces en esos significados comunes que se comparten e inciden en los niveles de colaboraci\u00f3n, como el trabajo en equipo, productividad, innovaci\u00f3n, destreza, entre otros; que caracterizan a cada empresa en particular. La cultura se convierte entonces en una clave para lograr identificar los factores <strong>claves de \u00e9xito<\/strong>&nbsp;que tanto se buscan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para Joan El\u00edas y Jos\u00e9 Mascaray (1998: 74), esta forma de \u201cvivir\u201d se traduce en el sistema de creencias y valores que interact\u00faan en la organizaci\u00f3n y gu\u00edan el comportamiento de las personas en su interior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLo esencial de la cultura no es ya s\u00f3lo que sea la gu\u00eda de comportamiento de las personas en la organizaci\u00f3n sino que determina la capacidad de la empresa para adaptarse a las nuevas circunstancias\u201d (Mascaray, 1998).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los valores y comportamientos<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La cultura, a pesar de que no se puede medir y objetivar, se logra interpretar a trav\u00e9s de los <strong>valores y comportamientos<\/strong>. Si una organizaci\u00f3n pretende evolucionar y cambiar, la cultura ayuda a que los integrantes caminen por el mismo camino bajo valores previamente establecidos y asimilados por todos; esto fomentar\u00e1 el \u00e9xito en el cambio, ayudando en la cohesi\u00f3n y en el entendimiento de los objetivos meta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para llevar estos conceptos a la pr\u00e1ctica y lo cotidiano, podemos visualizar la franquicia que m\u00e1s nos guste, no nada m\u00e1s por los servicios o productos que ofrece, sino analizar detenidamente porqu\u00e9 esa empresa es muy similar y en ocasiones pr\u00e1cticamente igual en distintas partes del mundo. Las transnacionales suman esfuerzos para identificar qu\u00e9 tipo de pr\u00e1cticas, acciones, costumbres y comportamientos conforman sus factores claves de \u00e9xito. Como ejemplo, <strong>Starbucks<\/strong>, una de las empresas l\u00edderes a nivel mundial en el servicio del caf\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que hace tan especial a Starbucks para sus consumidores? \u00bfEs el caf\u00e9? \u00bfSus instalaciones?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Observando, podemos percatarnos que la empresa no s\u00f3lo apuesta por la calidad del caf\u00e9 al consumidor, sino por el servicio, la calidad de atenci\u00f3n, los detalles que hacen la diferencia, detalles que podemos identificar en el momento en que te llaman por tu nombre <strong>-\u201cSrita. Alejandra su caf\u00e9 est\u00e1 listo\u201d-,<\/strong> los obsequios tanto a consumidores y trabajadores, en fin, se podr\u00eda hacer una lista vasta sobre sus factores de \u00e9xito en relaci\u00f3n a su cultura; sin embargo<strong>, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedo identificar la cultura de mi empresa?<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u00bfexiste?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin aspiraci\u00f3n de delimitarla y enmarcarla por completo, se puede decir que la cultura comienza desde la configuraci\u00f3n de 4 aspectos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Filosof\u00eda corporativa<\/strong> (misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n, objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Valores<\/strong> (caracter\u00edsticas identificadoras de la organizaci\u00f3n).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El ambiente<\/strong> (siempre cambiante pero con \u00e1nimos de inducirla al \u00e1mbito positivo).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Comportamiento, <\/strong>que se traduce en la forma de actuar en el interior y exterior de la empresa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; color: #000000;\">D\u00edaz, J.
