Ahora nos centraremos en el rol del profesor en l\u00ednea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tradicionalmente entendemos la educaci\u00f3n como un sistema en el que un profesor comparte su conocimiento en un pizarr\u00f3n frente a un grupo de alumnos, pero hay que entender que esta educaci\u00f3n ha sido transformada por las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n y una&nbsp;buena educaci\u00f3n es aquella que se ajusta a <strong>las transformaciones que exige la sociedad<\/strong>. Por eso, el rol que ejecuta el profesor en l\u00ednea ser\u00e1 fundamental dentro de un buen y moderno aprendizaje.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El rol del Profesor en l\u00ednea<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El profesor es aquel profesional responsable de facilitar la experiencia de aprendizaje de los alumnos; su principal herramienta es la educaci\u00f3n. Los profesores en l\u00ednea son expertos con un pleno dominio de <strong>las tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, las cuales gu\u00edan en la utilizaci\u00f3n de materiales y recursos educativos que contribuir\u00e1n a la formaci\u00f3n y superaci\u00f3n profesional de los estudiantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los profesores de la <strong>Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Latinoamericana en L\u00ednea<\/strong> son docentes altamente capacitados, los cuales utilizan a la educaci\u00f3n como su principal herramienta y saben que a trav\u00e9s de ella se puede transformar el futuro de las personas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La responsabilidad del profesor en l\u00ednea<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El profesor en l\u00ednea est\u00e1 comprometido con los estudiantes en la exploraci\u00f3n de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y en la b\u00fasqueda de la soluci\u00f3n de problemas. Promueve el an\u00e1lisis y el debate de los estudiantes entre s\u00ed, utilizando instrumentos digitales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Establece el m\u00e9todo para el uso de <strong>los ambientes virtuales<\/strong>, los cuales permiten a los estudiantes ser participantes activos en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos de aprendizaje y en la evaluaci\u00f3n de su progreso profesional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eval\u00faa a los estudiantes brindando <strong>retroalimentaci\u00f3n continua y oportuna<\/strong> en todo momento a trav\u00e9s del Aula Virtual, nuestra principal herramienta por excelencia.
