{"id":1777,"date":"2013-07-31T18:46:00","date_gmt":"2013-07-31T18:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=1777"},"modified":"2023-03-10T16:52:53","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T16:52:53","slug":"perfil-del-consumidor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/10-consejos-para\/perfil-del-consumidor\/","title":{"rendered":"Consumidor: \u00bfc\u00f3mo es su perfil?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los estudios de mercado permiten a las empresas detectar oportunidades, reducir riesgos y evaluar el impacto causado en el mercado, por eso es fundamental saber cu\u00e1l es el perfil del consumidor, el cual se define como el conjunto de caracter\u00edsticas demogr\u00e1ficas, sociales y de mentalidad que distinguen a los consumidores de una marca, clientes de un establecimiento y usuarios de un servicio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este perfil <strong>se obtiene mediante la investigaci\u00f3n del cliente<\/strong> describiendo las caracter\u00edsticas sobre un producto o de los usuarios sobre un servicio determinado, el cual sirve para definir al p\u00fablico objetivo; siendo esta una variable muy importante para cualquier estrategia de marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo identificar al consumidor?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para identificar al tipo de consumidor se requiere de ciertas caracter\u00edsticas que los agruparan en un nicho definiendo su perfil, segmentando el mercado en un n\u00famero reducido de subconjuntos (segmentos) siendo similares en cuanto a su comportamiento, necesidades, motivaciones, etc., de los cuales se selecciona cu\u00e1l es el grupo m\u00e1s atractivo para la empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A continuaci\u00f3n se muestran las caracter\u00edsticas de los diferentes perfiles:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Perfil Demogr\u00e1fico.<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El consumidor es descrito en funci\u00f3n a sus caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas (edad, sexo, etc.), sociales (estado civil, clase social, etc.) o econ\u00f3micas (ingresos, educaci\u00f3n, empleo, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Edad.<\/b> Menos de 12, 12-17, 18-34, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Sexo.<\/b> Masculino, Femenino.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Nivel socioecon\u00f3mico.<\/b> Menos de 25000, 26000-30000, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Ocupaci\u00f3n.<\/b> Profesional, Licenciado, Ingeniero, obrero, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Nacionalidad.<\/b> Mexicano, espa\u00f1ol, argentino, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Perfil Psicogr\u00e1fico. <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los motivos por el cual el cliente adquiere un servicio; en cuanto a la personalidad se refieren a las tendencias perdurables de la reacci\u00f3n de un individuo.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Necesidades:<\/b> Vivienda, seguridad, tranquilidad, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Personalidad:<\/b> Extrovertidos, agresivos, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Percepci\u00f3n:<\/b> Riesgo bajo, riesgo moderado, riesgo alto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Actitudes:<\/b> Positiva o negativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Perfil Conductual. <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En estas caracter\u00edsticas respecto a su comportamiento se toman en cuenta las cantidades de producto consumidas, as\u00ed como los h\u00e1bitos de consumo o de uso.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Expectativas. <\/b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 busca?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 requiere?, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Valores.<\/b> Superficial, honesto, dadivoso, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><b>Creencias.<\/b> Religi\u00f3n, espiritual, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Perfil estilo de vida. <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se refiere a las caracter\u00edsticas generales del individuo, situ\u00e1ndose a nivel m\u00e1s profundo.
