Las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas de tiempos actuales deben de prestar especial atenci\u00f3n en sus estrategias de marketing. A continuaci\u00f3n algunos consejos que podr\u00e1n resultar obvios a simple vista, pero su soluci\u00f3n debe de involucrar una estrategia compleja para tu peque\u00f1o negocio.<\/p>\n<p>La teor\u00eda de la contingencia, en el aspecto te\u00f3rico organizacional, abordada en cualquier licenciatura en marketing, hace hincapi\u00e9 en el aspecto flexible de las estrategias que elabora una empresa. De la misma forma, la empresa debe de tener la capacidad de distinguir su entorno\u00a0 aprender de \u00e9l, aprovechar sus oportunidades y tener bien situadas sus debilidades, para combatirlas. Algunos consejos introductorios te ayudar\u00e1n a estar siempre al tanto del ambiente interno y externo de tu empresa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Falta de logo e identidad visual. Puede que hayas pensado en un logo aun antes de haber pensado en un producto, pero \u00bfTu estrategia y tu producto est\u00e1n en concordancia con tu imagen? aseg\u00farate que tu imagen indique la identidad que buscas.<\/li>\n<li>Sin presencia en la red. Hemos llegado a tal punto de avance tecnol\u00f3gico que el no tener presencia en internet es vivir en el pasado, claro que Roma no se hizo en un d\u00eda, y puedes intentar incorporar tu marca poco a poco en vario rincones de internet.<\/li>\n<li>No hay conocimiento de productos o servicios.
