Por lo tanto, es indispensable conocer los <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/rol-personal\/tipos-de-estres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008a5d;\">tipos de estr\u00e9s<\/span><\/a>&nbsp;y mantenerse&nbsp;alerta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los indicadores pueden ser de diversos tipos: som\u00e1tico, neuroend\u00f3crinos, psicofisiol\u00f3gicos y psicol\u00f3gicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Indicadores m\u00e1s comunes para que aprendas a identificar el estr\u00e9s:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La depresi\u00f3n y el abatimiento en general<\/strong>. Sentirse melanc\u00f3lico en lapsos cortos o cr\u00f3nicos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Contracturas y Tensiones<\/strong>. Suelen caracterizarse por ser dolorosas y aparecer en \u00e1reas del cuello, hombros y espalda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ansiedad y Angustia<\/strong>. Sentimiento de p\u00e9rdida, el temor a lo desconocido. La ansiedad suele manifestarse con dolores de cabeza, opresi\u00f3n en el pecho, as\u00ed como molestias g\u00e1stricas. La angustia se acompa\u00f1a de falta de serenidad, no hay manera de relajarse, hay miedo a morir o volverse loco. Sin embargo, var\u00eda de una persona a otra.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Nerviosismo o alteraciones del car\u00e1cter<\/strong>. El estr\u00e9s causa emociones negativas tales como impaciencia, frustraci\u00f3n, ira.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Deterioro del sistema inmune o complicaci\u00f3n de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas<\/strong>. Cuando una persona no se puede recuperar de alguna enfermedad leve como catarro, tos, etc. o bien, cuando no hay manera de controlar una enfermedad cr\u00f3nica causando complicaciones severas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Trastornos digestivos<\/strong>. Enfermedades como la gastritis, colitis, diarrea, reflujo o \u00falceras g\u00e1stricas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Trastornos de sue\u00f1o<\/strong>. Cuando no es posible conciliar el sue\u00f1o, existe una sensaci\u00f3n de cansancio cr\u00f3nico e insomnio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ataques de p\u00e1nico<\/strong>. Los ataques de p\u00e1nico, adem\u00e1s del v\u00f3mito, hiperventilaci\u00f3n, sudoraci\u00f3n, etc., tambi\u00e9n var\u00edan de persona a persona.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fallo en la memoria<\/strong>. Cuando se pasa por altos grados de estr\u00e9s la memoria se torna en blanco, pero se&nbsp;vuelve a la normalidad y se logra&nbsp;recordar todo f\u00e1cilmente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Colesterol elevado<\/strong>. Muchas veces aunque se lleve una dieta balanceada, los niveles de colesterol aparecen altos, esto en gran parte es detonado por estr\u00e9s, sin embargo, muchas personas cuando se encuentran bajo estr\u00e9s tienden a comer de m\u00e1s, ocasionando tambi\u00e9n altos niveles de colesterol.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ahora que conoces estos indicadores, lo mejor es hacer una auto-reflexi\u00f3n, identificar en qu\u00e9 hace que el cuerpo se vuelva vulnerable al estr\u00e9s y tratar de modificar dicha conducta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Referencias:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Torres. 2010.
