{"id":19036,"date":"2015-07-01T17:02:44","date_gmt":"2015-07-01T17:02:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=19036"},"modified":"2023-03-10T17:04:44","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T17:04:44","slug":"como-afrontar-la-negatividad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/rol-personal\/como-afrontar-la-negatividad\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo afrontar la negatividad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">La negatividad es un estado mental prevaleciente en las personas, aunque no puede ser mantenido sin algo a que aferrarse, es muy com\u00fan. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">La cuesti\u00f3n es que se necesita muy poco para que la mente se enfoque en lo negativo, por nuestra naturaleza somos capaces de ver un acto negativo en miles de acciones buenas de una persona o ver la repercusi\u00f3n negativa de alguna situaci\u00f3n pasada en nuestra vida presente. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">En muchas ocasiones atribuir causas negativas al comportamiento particular de alguna persona, por ejemplo, puede un enamorado o enamorada tener cientos de detalles buenos que deber\u00edan de colmarnos de felicidad con su sola presencia, sin embargo a veces solo el olvido del cumplea\u00f1os de la novia sirva para terminar la relaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">Otro ejemplo, es cuando un hijo tiene muchos pensamientos y acciones positivas hacia sus padres, como para que un solo acto de rebeld\u00eda lo haga ser un malagradecido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">Algo muy relevante de la realidad es que la felicidad y una mentalidad positiva, pueden existir sin que para ello exista una raz\u00f3n causal, todos tenemos la posibilidad y el derecho de ser felices. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">Sin embargo en ocasiones nuestra mente da miles de vueltas y usa miles de axiomas para justificar su negatividad, fue esa persona, o aquella otra persona, es as\u00ed que la planta trepadora de la negatividad requiere de un sustrato sobre el cual mantenerse. Todo eso nos puede llevar a un lugar muy amargo de resentimiento, nada recomendable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">La \u00fanica estrategia posible es la conciencia, en lugar de volcar el enfoque hacia el soporte que mantiene a la negatividad, observa al origen de la misma, las siguientes preguntas nos pueden ayudar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif';\">\u00bfPorque raz\u00f3n me aferro a ver lo negativo de una persona de la que solo he obtenido cosas buenas? \u00bfPorque querr\u00eda relacionarse conmigo alguien de quien pienso tan mal? \u00bfSoy tan importante como para que todos los comportamientos de las personas tengan su enfoque en m\u00ed? son algunos cuestionamientos que nos llevaran a entender como cortar de ra\u00edz la planta de la negatividad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;
