{"id":19685,"date":"2015-08-10T19:05:30","date_gmt":"2015-08-10T19:05:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=19685"},"modified":"2023-03-10T17:07:19","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T17:07:19","slug":"un-poco-de-gastronomia-mexicana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/dia-a-dia\/un-poco-de-gastronomia-mexicana\/","title":{"rendered":"Un poco de gastronom\u00eda mexicana"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>La gastronom\u00eda en M\u00e9xico es exquisita\u00a0 y variada, pues quien tiene la oportunidad de conocerla y disfrutarla, no puede dejar de recomendarla.<\/h2>\n<p>Viajar por M\u00e9xico\u00a0 permite\u00a0 adem\u00e1s de conocer hermosos\u00a0 paisajes y lugares, saborear deliciosas tradiciones de nuestra cocina con aromas, sabores y texturas que sorprenden gratamente al paladar m\u00e1s exigente.<\/p>\n<p>En este recorrido gastron\u00f3mico \u00a0es imperdonable dejar de saborear los platillos de Oaxaca con sus siete moles, chapulines fritos con lim\u00f3n y ajo, tlayudas (hechas en una gran tortilla de ma\u00edz acompa\u00f1ada de quesillo, chorizo y tasajo), deliciosas aguas de tuna y nuez, horchata, lim\u00f3n con ch\u00eda y el tradicional t\u00e9jate (bebida hecha a base de cacao y ma\u00edz). Puedes saborear el delicioso chocolate con agua o leche, acompa\u00f1ado del cl\u00e1sico y \u00a0rico pan de yema.<\/p>\n<p>Yucat\u00e1n,\u00a0 por otro lado, te conquistara con su deliciosa cochinita pibil, hecha con carne de cerdo,\u00a0 cocinada en horno de tierra, acompa\u00f1ada de naranja, cebolla morada, y salsa de axiote.<\/p>\n<p>Otra opci\u00f3n\u00a0 es el estado de Hidalgo que adem\u00e1s de su cercan\u00eda con el Distrito Federal ofrece una extensa variedad de sabores, que van desde los ricos mixiotes, el conejo o el carnero envuelto en una fina tela de maguey, una barbacoa a pie de horno enterrado en la tierra, o simplemente de un trozo de tasajo acompa\u00f1ado de una deliciosa salsa de chinicuiles.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque si quieres experimentar nuevos sabores no dejes de disfrutar de los escamoles (huevecillos de hormiga roja) fritos en mantequilla y capeados con huevo, un verdadero platillo prehisp\u00e1nico. Esto y m\u00e1s de excelente gastronom\u00eda en Tulancingo y Actopan.<\/p>\n<p>En Pachuca no olvides probar los deliciosos pastes con un relleno dulce o salado,\u00a0 aportaci\u00f3n de los ingleses a Real del Monte pueblo minero.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es una peque\u00f1a muestra de la extensa\u00a0 gastronom\u00eda mexicana.
