{"id":19891,"date":"2015-09-04T17:52:52","date_gmt":"2015-09-04T17:52:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=19891"},"modified":"2023-03-10T17:07:06","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T17:07:06","slug":"tips-para-evitar-al-auto-saboteador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/dia-a-dia\/retos-profesionales\/tips-para-evitar-al-auto-saboteador\/","title":{"rendered":"Tips para evitar al auto saboteador"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El saboteador siempre ronda nuestras vidas, proyectos, trabajo y amistades.\u00a0 Y el gran poder del saboteador radica en que no nos damos cuenta hasta que empiezan a fallar las cosas o se ha perdido ya algo.<\/h2>\n<p>Mi recomendaci\u00f3n es primero identificar al saboteador. Tarea nada f\u00e1cil porque generalmente el primer saboteador que debemos encontrar puede estar dentro de uno mismo y que de una o de otra manera nos hacen dif\u00edcil lograr nuestras metas y objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Un escenario frecuente es cuando se presenta una oportunidad, por ejemplo, una mejora laboral\u00a0 o un nuevo reto, el saboteador empezar\u00e1 a tratarnos de convencer que no estamos a la altura del nuevo puesto o que ser\u00e1 un reto que mejor ser\u00e1 no meterse. Es natural dudar, pero cuando la duda se convierte en un factor paralizante esto es auto sabotearse.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que quiz\u00e1 el primer an\u00e1lisis es buscar cuales son las actitudes\u00a0 que hacen que uno mismo no se d\u00e9 esa oportunidad de avanzar.\u00a0 Yo recomendar\u00eda las siguientes preguntas y responderlas por escrito para poderlas evaluar despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfMI actitud es positiva ante los nuevos retos?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEstoy prepar\u00e1ndome continuamente? \u00bfEstoy actualizado en mi ramo?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfTengo un plan de carrera por los siguientes 5 a\u00f1os?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfTengo miedo al fracaso? \u00bfSe manejar el fracaso?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEstoy cuidando mi salud f\u00edsica y mental activamente?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfCuido a mi familia emocionalmente?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 vicios tengo? \u00bfC\u00f3mo afectan a mi familia y trabajo?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yo creo que cada quien podr\u00eda hacer su propia bater\u00eda de preguntas para autoanalizarse\u00a0 y empezar primero a reconocer que gran parte del trabajo por hacer, est\u00e1 en uno mismo.\u00a0 La auto disciplina desde mi punto de vista ser\u00e1 la herramienta que puede ayudarnos a hacer que el saboteados se haga enano y deje de causar estragos enormes.<\/p>\n<p>Entender que el mal humor cr\u00f3nico sabotea la relaci\u00f3n con tu familia o con colaboradores, o por no cuidar la salud no puedas dar lo mejor de ti. As\u00ed mismo como\u00a0 no estarte preparando y actualizando te dejar\u00e1 sin las mejores herramientas para afrontar los retos cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s complejos y diversificados.<\/p>\n<p>En los grupos de trabajo, los saboteadores se podr\u00edan presentar en conductas colectivas o en personas. Y generalmente no les prestamos atenci\u00f3n porque se llega a creer que es un mal menor, pero en realidad una persona negativa con liderazgo puede generar impacto considerable en un proyecto o \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p>Si uno detecta a un saboteador en su equipo, mi recomendaci\u00f3n es primero evangelizarlo con las bondades del trabajo en equipo y colaboraci\u00f3n efectiva. O simplemente hacerle notar que es un saboteador que no se ha dado cuenta que lo es (claro est\u00e1 en t\u00e9rminos positivos).<\/p>\n<p>El abusador, el flojo, el malhecho, el malhablado, el d\u00e9spota, el c\u00ednico, el pasivo, el negativo, el adicto al trabajo, entre otros son algunos de los personajes que entrar\u00edan en la categor\u00eda de saboteador. As\u00ed que he aqu\u00ed una oportunidad de auto an\u00e1lisis y b\u00fasqueda de mejora continua.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marco A.
