{"id":20218,"date":"2015-10-19T16:28:23","date_gmt":"2015-10-19T16:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=20218"},"modified":"2023-03-10T17:06:57","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T17:06:57","slug":"tips-culturales-para-negocios-internacionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/10-consejos-para\/tips-culturales-para-negocios-internacionales\/","title":{"rendered":"Tips culturales para negocios internacionales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de estudiar la carrera de negocios internacionales lo m\u00e1s seguro es que al momento de encontrar un trabajo tengas que convivir con personas de diferentes nacionalidades y m\u00e1s importante a\u00fan, hacer negocio con personas en otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por eso que resulta necesario no solo conocer el \u00e1mbito general de negocios internacionales si no tambi\u00e9n preocuparse por conocer las barreras culturales que puedan existir entre los pa\u00edses, de esta manera evitaremos cualquier contratiempo y\u00a0 a la vez lograremos tener una conexi\u00f3n m\u00e1s cercana a nuestro objetivo y llevaremos a cabo el negocio de una manera m\u00e1s eficaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n una lista de tips culturales que te pueden ayudar al momento de hacer negocios con el mundo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2022<\/strong> Al momento de referirnos de que manera vamos a negociar, pa\u00edses como Rusia prefieren hacer los negocios en la comida mientras que los japoneses son m\u00e1s desconfiados normalmente de un contrato y hay que ser muy detallado al momento de ofrecerlo. En Estados Unidos es com\u00fan\u00a0empezar ofreciendo cantidades menores a las que ellos crean m\u00e1s conveniente y los \u00e1rabes-musulmanes esperaran a cerrar un contrato a \u00faltimo momento para ver otras opciones m\u00e1s convenientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2022<\/strong> La puntualidad es un punto muy importante al momento de hacer tratos. Esto puede significar incluso una diferencia de respeto. En pa\u00edses europeos como Alemania e Inglaterra, y asi\u00e1ticos como Jap\u00f3n, son muy puntuales y exactos. Se espera que las personas est\u00e9n incluso un buen tiempo antes de que han sido citadas. En cambio en pa\u00edses normalmente latinoamericanos este tipo de aspecto es m\u00e1s relajado al momento de trabajar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2022<\/strong> Hablar de temas personales se suele hacer en pa\u00edses Latinoamericanos para demostrar familiaridad y confiabilidad, sin embargo esto no es tan bien visto en pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos, Alemania o Jap\u00f3n que se espera que se hable \u201cal grano\u201d sin rodeos porque para ellos el tiempo siempre ser\u00e1 dinero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Espero que estos tips puedan servirles para su vida profesional y recuerden que siempre pueden encontrar informaci\u00f3n acerca de las\u00a0costumbres y tradiciones de otros pa\u00edses, al momento de negociar.
