de insomnio?, \u00a1sigue estos consejos!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">La organizaci\u00f3n de horarios y tiempos establecidos es importante para realizar todas nuestras actividades,\u00a0pero tambi\u00e9n para destinar tiempo suficiente a dormir,\u00a0que nos permita recuperarnos y cumplir con todas las actividades del d\u00eda siguiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasa cuando por m\u00e1s que tratamos no logramos dormir?, empezamos a desesperarnos al ver c\u00f3mo avanzan las horas sin lograr conciliar el sue\u00f1o, lo que aumenta considerablemente nuestra ansiedad, y nos predispone a sentir que a la hora de levantarnos, naturalmente, estaremos m\u00e1s cansados, con falta de energ\u00eda y poca concentraci\u00f3n disminuyendo considerablemente nuestro desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Para hacerle frente a esta situaci\u00f3n queremos compartirte unos consejos que podr\u00e1s llevar a cabo cada vez que te cueste quedarte dormido.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; color: #008a5d;\">T\u00e9cnicas para combatir el insomnio:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\"><strong>Una hora antes de dormir trata de\u00a0relajarte.<\/strong>\u00a0Mantente lejos de tu tel\u00e9fono celular y de la televisi\u00f3n, y mejor opta por escuchar tu m\u00fasica preferida, o\u00a0leer un libro interesante.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\"><strong>Procura no tomar siestas durante el d\u00eda.<\/strong>\u00a0Por m\u00e1s cansado que se est\u00e9s por no haber dormido la noche anterior, es importante no tratar de recuperar las horas de sue\u00f1o faltantes, esto solo har\u00e1 m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil el dormir durante la noche, convirti\u00e9ndose en un c\u00edrculo vicioso.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\"><strong>Evitar cenar demasiado.<\/strong>\u00a0Esto puede causar indigesti\u00f3n, y por consiguiente reflejarse en no poder dormir de manera adecuada.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\"><strong>Disminuye el consumo exagerado de cafe\u00edna durante el d\u00eda.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0No solo se trata de evitar el consumo de caf\u00e9, sino de otras bebidas como t\u00e9, refrescos, chocolate y bebidas energizantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Si en ocasiones te cuesta quedarte dormido, como le pasa a mucha gante, es buena idea hacer uso de algunas de estas recomendaciones, para ayudarte a evitar este problema y sobre todo sus consecuencias como sentirte somnoliento al d\u00eda siguiente y no poder concentrarte en lo que
