actividad f\u00edsica aumenta el \u00e1nimo?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Frecuentemente se habla de las ventajas que nos brinda el hacer ejercicio y es por eso que actualmente se busca incentivar que las personas realicen alguna actividad f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, se destaca el hecho de que la actividad f\u00edsica mejora el estado de \u00e1nimo considerablemente, \u00bfpero qu\u00e9 tan cierto es esto y en qu\u00e9 se basa tal afirmaci\u00f3n?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se ha comprobado que el realizar ejercicio de manera regular contribuye considerablemente a reducir ciertos s\u00edntomas de la depresi\u00f3n y ansiedad, ya que aumenta los niveles de neurotransmisores reguladores del estado de \u00e1nimo como las endorfinas y disminuye los niveles de cortisol, una de las hormonas que aumenta considerablemente cuando nuestros niveles de estr\u00e9s se incrementan, por lo que se recomienda al ejercicio como un regulador de ciertas emociones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As\u00ed que si \u00faltimamente sientes que la ansiedad te rebasa o simplemente que tus niveles de estr\u00e9s han aumentado considerablemente debido a las presiones constantes que implica la vida diaria, es buena idea incluir por lo menos 30 minutos de ejercicio al d\u00eda, lo que te permitir\u00e1 sentirte m\u00e1s relajado, dormir mejor y aumentar tu autoconfianza al cumplir tu objetivo de realizar la rutina de ejercicio que te propusiste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dentro de las diferentes rutinas de actividad f\u00edsica destaca el ejercicio aer\u00f3bico, ya que es un mayor generador de endorfinas, lo que te har\u00e1 sentir con m\u00e1s \u00e1nimo y con una perspectiva m\u00e1s optimista para afrontar tus actividades cotidianas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es un hecho que aunque actualmente se conocen los beneficios de realizar ejercicio, tambi\u00e9n es cierto que en ocasiones justificamos el no realizarlo por falta de tiempo, por lo que al enfocarnos en la mejor\u00eda de nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo nos motivar\u00e1 a realizarlo por las ventajas que nos proporciona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Teresa
