Es la libre expresi\u00f3n de ideas y percepci\u00f3n del personal que conforma un equipo de trabajo, el cual debe desenvolverse a partir de una relaci\u00f3n pr\u00f3spera, en donde las actividades a desempe\u00f1ar se realicen con agrado y perseverancia.<\/p>\n<p>El concepto de clima organizacional tiene diversas caracter\u00edsticas, las cuales est\u00e1n determinadas por la observaci\u00f3n y \u00e1nimo de los colaboradores que se desempe\u00f1an en un medio ambiente determinado.<\/p>\n<p>La satisfacci\u00f3n de las necesidades o amenazas que en cierto momento pudieran limitar la ocupaci\u00f3n laboral de los empleados, deben de ser atendidas con inteligencia y eficacia para no afectar la productividad y la relaci\u00f3n que la empresa busca establecer entre sus trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Lograr una organizaci\u00f3n estable, en donde la confianza y las ambiciones profesionales tengan oportunidad de desarrollo es una meta que toda empresa pretende alcanzar, para lo que se debe estar informado sobre ciertos aspectos de inter\u00e9s, empezando por saber qui\u00e9n controla el clima laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Para que exista un buen ambiente en la organizaci\u00f3n, la direcci\u00f3n debe establecer un sistema de gesti\u00f3n que se divida en diversas \u00e1reas, esto dependiendo de los objetivos que la instituci\u00f3n pretenda cumplir; por ejemplo, el \u00e1rea de recursos humanos, encargada de propiciar el mejor ambiente laboral posible y atender cualquier mal entendido que se presente.<\/p>\n<p>Para que los empleados realicen sus funciones satisfactoriamente, cada colaborador debe ser conscientemente aut\u00f3nomo, poder tomar sus propias decisiones y ejercer con \u00e9tica su trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>La administraci\u00f3n empresarial es una tarea que los superiores deben realizar con responsabilidad, ya que el estar informados sobre las necesidades y objetivos de toda la\u00a0organizaci\u00f3n, evitar\u00e1 que el grado de errores incremente, cuesti\u00f3n que requerir\u00eda tiempo y dedicaci\u00f3n extra.<\/p>\n<p>Es recomendable que el directivo se relacione con los subordinados de manera afectiva para generar confianza en la b\u00fasqueda de un trabajo \u00f3ptimo; es importante considerar que el trato no debe rebasar la l\u00ednea de apoyo, esto para no dar oportunidad a cuestiones que afecten la relaci\u00f3n jefe-empleado.<\/p>\n<p>Si el empleado se siente satisfecho y a gusto en el ambiente laboral su desempe\u00f1o proporcionar\u00e1 mayores beneficios a la organizaci\u00f3n.
