Si no comemos de manera adecuada no solo nuestra imagen exterior o est\u00e9tica cambiar\u00e1,\u00a0 si no que nuestros \u00f3rganos internos podr\u00edan sufrir las consecuencias.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, te compartimos una serie de consejos para que te alimentes de la manera m\u00e1s saludable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mantener un\u00a0<strong>horario fijo<\/strong>\u00a0para las comidas principales.<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Masticar <\/strong><\/strong><strong>despacio<\/strong>\u00a0los alimentos.<\/li>\n<li>Consumir una gran variedad de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hola.com\/cocina\/nutricion\/200906038671\/fruta\/verdura\/nutricion\/\">frutas y verduras<\/a>, hasta 600 gramos diarios. Una buena alimentaci\u00f3n es aquella que es balanceada.<\/li>\n<li>Llenar el carrito del supermercado con<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>productos l\u00e1cteos desnatados<\/strong>\u00a0o bajos en grasas.<\/li>\n<li>Escoger \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hola.com\/cocina\/nutricion\/200902187071\/nutricion\/grasas\/adelgazar\/\">grasas saludables\u2019<\/a>\u00a0como el aceite de oliva, mejor si es virgen, por su mayor riqueza en antioxidantes.<\/li>\n<li>Consumir\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hola.com\/cocina\/nutricion\/2010051414337\/grasas\/pescados\/mariscos\/\">pescado<\/a>\u00a03 o m\u00e1s veces por semana.<\/li>\n<li>Optar por carnes con un menor aporte graso como<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>pollo,<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hola.com\/cocina\/nutricion\/2010042914087\/recetas\/con\/pavo\/\"><strong>pavo<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hola.com\/cocina\/nutricion\/2010090144561\/recetas\/carne\/conejo\/\"><strong>conejo<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>o avestruz.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>No olvidar que los\u00a0<strong>refrescos<\/strong>\u00a0y bebidas azucaradas tienen\u00a0<strong>muchas calor\u00edas<\/strong>\u00a0y si abusas de ellos te har\u00e1n ganar peso.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar al menos 4 veces por semana, durante 40 minutos al d\u00eda, alg\u00fan\u00a0<strong>ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/strong>, adaptado a tu condici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar a toda costa los<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hola.com\/cocina\/nutricion\/2010111047541\/errores\/perder\/peso\/\"><strong>remedios \u2018milagro\u2019<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0y las dietas no recomendadas por m\u00e9dicos o profesionales sanitarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es recomendable consultar a un especialista si lo que requerimos es mejorar nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n de forma m\u00e1s
