Ante ese tipo de cuestiones, la mayor\u00eda de las veces se requiere la ayuda de alg\u00fan experto que facilite el trato con los trabajadores y evite las complicaciones entre los compa\u00f1eros, a esta persona se le denomina Coach Ejecutivo.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Este se encarga de mantener capacitado al personal de una empresa. Su objetivo es crear un ambiente estable, en donde el trabajador se siente \u00f3ptimo de realizar las actividades que tiene a su cargo y en caso de existir alguna complicaci\u00f3n, tenga la confianza de acercarse al coach para que \u00e9ste pueda auxiliarlo.<\/p>\n<p>En la opini\u00f3n de\u00a0 Pierre\u00a0 Blanc- Sahnoun, psicoterapeuta, experto en el comportamiento cognitivo, un buen coach es aquel que ha tenido la experiencia de estar en diferentes cargos empresariales, por lo cual, sabe c\u00f3mo actuar frente a las necesidades o problemas que pueden surgir dentro de las \u00e1reas que conforman la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>El Coaching debe verificar el proceso de la organizaci\u00f3n<b>,<\/b> las actividades que se realizan en cada puesto, as\u00ed como la persona que se encuentra a su cargo.<\/p>\n<p><i>Caracter\u00edsticas que debe tener un Coach ejecutivo<\/i><\/p>\n<p>El coach debe tener motivaci\u00f3n por hacer las cosas, talento investigativo para conocer las causas o motivos que pudieran originar problemas y algo muy importante, debe apegar su funci\u00f3n a la misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n\u00a0 y valores que mantenga la organizaci\u00f3n para la cual labora.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfRealmente el Coaching asegura la resoluci\u00f3n del problema?
