(Matias, 2008)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">La cultura corporativa puede desarrollarse seg\u00fan los principios que la empresa tenga respecto a estilo, prioridades y valores; de otro modo, resultar\u00eda de los rasgos caracter\u00edsticos de las personas que la conforman, la imagen p\u00fablica, los beneficios que tienen sus empleados, su volumen de ventas y el grado de satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes y dem\u00e1s aspectos de las operaciones. Lo importante es cuidar d\u00eda a d\u00eda cada uno de los aspectos que conforman la cultura corporativa, ya sea porque la empresa lo adquiere desde un principio o se va consiguiendo con el comportamiento de sus empleados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Las empresas que se preocupan por establecer la cultura corporativa encuentran grandes beneficios a nivel interno y externo. A nivel interno, los trabajadores logran identificarse con la empresa, ya que si cuidas a tu cliente interno, \u00e9l cuidar\u00e1 de tu cliente externo, logrando que los trabajadores sean mejores embajadores de la empresa hacia la sociedad. A nivel externo, la sociedad tiene una buena percepci\u00f3n de la empresa y esta es capaz de comunicar lo que le interesa a cada segmento de la sociedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Debemos tener en cuenta diferentes aspectos al momento de crear una cultura corporativa y, as\u00ed mismo, deben cuidarse d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Empezar desde arriba. <\/strong>Es importante que el CEO considere que es fundamental crear una cultura corporativa y, que sea \u00e9l mismo quien lo trasmita a toda la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Escuchar a la gente. <\/strong>La mejor forma de conectar con tus trabajadores es conoci\u00e9ndolos. Ent\u00e9rate sobre lo que les apasiona, qu\u00e9 los frustra, qu\u00e9 los motiva y aprende de ellos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Definir visi\u00f3n, misi\u00f3n y valores.<\/strong> Cuando hablamos de misi\u00f3n nos referimos a la raz\u00f3n de ser de la empresa, la visi\u00f3n se establece de acuerdo a d\u00f3nde quiere llegar la empresa, y los valores corporativos son la parte fundamental de la cultura corporativa, es el comportamiento de la empresa con los trabajadores, los clientes, proveedores e incluso con la competencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Desarrollar un plan detallado.<\/strong> Es momento de plasmar aspectos de comunicaci\u00f3n de la empresa, comportamiento, valores, conductas, formas de contrataci\u00f3n, entre otras, permiti\u00e9ndole a la organizaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dicamente ejecutar iniciativas que fortalezcan la cultura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Aplicar la cultura corporativa.<\/strong> Elegir el departamento correspondiente para que se encargue de transmitir todo lo plasmado en el paso anterior a los empleados, tambi\u00e9n se pueden detectar l\u00edderes en dichas \u00e1reas que ayuden a comunicar la cultura corporativa propuesta por la empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">La cultura corporativa es tan importante en las organizaciones, que algunas de ellas destacan por esto, como <strong>Coco-Cola<\/strong>, que demuestra ser una empresa m\u00e1s directa y transparente promoviendo el liderazgo, la responsabilidad, la integridad y la pasi\u00f3n entre sus trabajadores, creando para ellos el mejor ambiente laboral, as\u00ed lo mostraron en su \u00faltimo Manifesto for Growth (Manifiesto para el Crecimiento). Tambi\u00e9n tenemos a <strong>Chevron, <\/strong>donde sus empleados dan testimonio del excelente ambiente laboral en el que se encuentran, la compa\u00f1\u00eda les ofrece servicios de fitness y salud, demostr\u00e1ndoles que los cuidan, y as\u00ed ellos se sienten valorados.
