{"id":3572,"date":"2013-08-05T22:26:25","date_gmt":"2013-08-05T22:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=3572"},"modified":"2024-02-22T18:26:36","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T18:26:36","slug":"licenciatura-en-derecho-en-linea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/licenciaturas\/licenciatura-en-derecho-en-linea\/","title":{"rendered":"Licenciatura en Derecho en l\u00ednea"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Derecho es la disciplina que se ocupa del estudio de las leyes, de efectuar los procesos judiciales sustentando los intereses de las partes en litigio sin atropellar los derechos de las partes contrarias y de estudiar tales procesos y codi\ufb01carlos, como punto de referencia para litigantes y jueces en situaciones futuras, de \u00edndole similar a las ya litigadas; asimismo, de aconsejar y auxiliar a personas y entidades en el cumplimiento cabal de las disposiciones legales.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 habilidades y conocimientos desarrollar\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25cf&nbsp; An\u00e1lisis y resoluci\u00f3n sobre los asuntos jur\u00eddicos que enfrenta un individuo o una organizaci\u00f3n de cualquier naturaleza, prop\u00f3sito o dimensi\u00f3n; fomento al cabal cumplimiento del marco legal que los afecta y auxilio en tal prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25cf&nbsp; Desempe\u00f1o como juez, ministro o magistrado, o como defensor de o\ufb01cio, en el sistema de administraci\u00f3n de justicia nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25cf&nbsp; Desempe\u00f1o como legislador en el poder gubernamental, en los niveles federal o estatal, o como funcionario p\u00fablico del poder ejecutivo, en sus tres niveles, promoviendo el mejoramiento de leyes, reglamentos y normas o la promulgaci\u00f3n de nuevos, que mejoren los t\u00e9rminos de la convivencia social.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>\u00bfY d\u00f3nde podr\u00e9 trabajar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25cf En cualquier tipo de empresa u organismo, nacional o transnacional, p\u00fablico o privado, gestionando los asuntos vinculados al cumplimiento de las leyes, reglamentos y normatividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25cf&nbsp; En el poder judicial de la naci\u00f3n, en cualquiera de sus diversas instancias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25cf En despachos de abogac\u00eda, que presten servicios en las diversas ramas del derecho: ambiental, civil, constitucional, laboral, internacional p\u00fablico o privado, mercantil, penal, procesal y tributario.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2><strong>Plan de Estudios<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La licenciatura en&nbsp;<b>Derecho<\/b>&nbsp;contempla siete cuatrimestres de materias base:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/1.-Derecho.bmp\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3575\" title=\"Licenciatura en Derecho en l\u00ednea | Blog -
