Por esta raz\u00f3n, se requiere conocer al p\u00fablico objetivo y, de la misma forma, saber qu\u00e9 quieren escuchar o ver por parte de nuestro contenido como marca. Es decir, si las empresas desean contar con presencia relevante en las plataformas digitales necesitar\u00e1n transformar su discurso y crear contenidos mucho m\u00e1s creativos, tanto de forma como de fondo. Todo ello, para llamar la atenci\u00f3n del p\u00fablico objetivo y lograr tener mayor visualizaci\u00f3n en las plataformas donde sea relevante comunicar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La comunicaci\u00f3n digital es b\u00e1sica y necesaria, m\u00e1s en este nuevo contexto en el que vivimos. Esta requiere una modificaci\u00f3n en todo sentido, <strong>no sirve m\u00e1s conectar \u00fanicamente con palabras, esto necesita hacerse real y con acciones que confirmen la ideolog\u00eda de marca.<\/strong> Las empresas tienen que ofrecer al target experiencias que logren conectar y acercar a sus propios valores por medio del storydoing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una de las tendencias que prima en estos tiempos y que se deber\u00eda tener en cuenta es la comunicaci\u00f3n basada en la responsabilidad social y sostenibilidad. A su vez, este a\u00f1o se ha creado conciencia por las causas relacionadas con el cambio clim\u00e1tico, la ecolog\u00eda y el medio ambiente. Adem\u00e1s, la comunicaci\u00f3n digital en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os parece apuntar hacia ejercer una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s transparente y responsable. Las personas muestran ser m\u00e1s comprometidas con el cuidado tanto de la salud como del planeta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tambi\u00e9n, es importante tener en cuenta que <strong>el cliente es el nuevo protagonista.<\/strong> Es decir, el contenido que es generado por los mismos usuarios es fundamental, las interacciones, publicaciones compartidas, sus experiencias positivas y concretamente sus comentarios son favorables para demostrar eficacia entre los consumidores y m\u00e1s a\u00fan, si a estos les nace hacer publicidad boca a boca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, no se debe olvidar priorizar tener una comunicaci\u00f3n honesta, con valores que se muestren naturalmente sin necesidad de decirlo. Crear contenido de calidad y que representen a tu marca o negocio para que haga que el target se identifique y conecte con sus emociones y sentimientos. Todo lo mencionado anteriormente, lograr\u00e1 con el tiempo a que se establezcan <strong>lazos de conexi\u00f3n marca-consumidor a largo plazo<\/strong>; y as\u00ed conseguir el tan ansiado engagement y \u00a1qui\u00e9n sabe!
