{"id":36910,"date":"2021-04-27T10:00:43","date_gmt":"2021-04-27T10:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=36910"},"modified":"2023-03-10T17:13:19","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T17:13:19","slug":"vivir-con-ansiedad-claro-que-se-puede","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/dia-a-dia\/vivir-con-ansiedad-claro-que-se-puede\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfVivir con ansiedad? \u00a1Claro que se puede!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el d\u00eda a d\u00eda escuchamos con frecuencia que la ansiedad es algo malo y que debemos eliminarla de nuestra vida, pues solo nos ocasiona problemas.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Sin embargo, pocos saben que la ansiedad es una respuesta normal que nos permite hacer frente a las demandas del entorno; es decir, que hasta cierto punto podr\u00edamos considerarla necesaria en nuestra vida. El problema se presenta cuando, en lugar de ayudarnos a cumplir con nuestras actividades, nos comienza a limitar en nuestro actuar y entonces dejamos de realizar cosas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Una persona con ansiedad, por lo general, manifiesta ciertos cambios f\u00edsicos en el organismo como: dolor de cabeza, dificultad para respirar, sudoraci\u00f3n excesiva, contracturas o dolores musculares, entre otros, pero tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan tener emociones como ira, miedo, preocupaci\u00f3n o frustraci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">La ansiedad se caracteriza por generar un est\u00edmulo espec\u00edfico distinto al estr\u00e9s cotidiano que puede diferenciarse f\u00e1cilmente por mostrar pensamientos de peligro o catastr\u00f3ficos, siempre orientados hacia el futuro o, dicho de otra manera, se construyen escenarios o situaciones que a\u00fan no suceden, pero que se da por hecho que en alg\u00fan momento acontecer\u00e1n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Para lograr controlar la ansiedad y evitar que origine mayores dificultades, te recomendamos seguir estos pasos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b> Ejercicio f\u00edsico:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aporta grandes beneficios a tu salud, adem\u00e1s de permitirte regular la actividad de tu sistema nervioso. Puedes comenzar por alguna rutina sencilla e ir incrementando la intensidad y dificultad conforme tengas una mejor condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b> Regula el sue\u00f1o y tus h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Alimentarte de forma balanceada y tener horas de descanso apropiadas son dos aliados primordiales para controlar la ansiedad, adem\u00e1s de brindarte otros beneficios para alcanzar el bienestar.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b> Ejercicios de relajaci\u00f3n: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son una gran herramienta para poder controlar los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos de la ansiedad. Puedes elegir realizar alg\u00fan ejercicio de respiraci\u00f3n (r\u00edtmica o profunda), o incluso alguna rutina de meditaci\u00f3n que te ayude a tranquilizarte.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b> F\u00e1rmacos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aunque no es la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable por los efectos secundarios que pueden tener, en ocasiones son una estrategia necesaria para controlar los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos. Un m\u00e9dico especialista (neur\u00f3logo o psiquiatra), es el encargado de realizar la valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y determinar si son necesarios en el tratamiento.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b> Acude con un profesional de la salud: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si a pesar de tus esfuerzos la situaci\u00f3n se sale de control y la ansiedad limita diferentes \u00e1reas de tu vida es necesario que busques la ayuda de m\u00e9dicos y psic\u00f3logos quienes, desde un punto de vista integral, te facilitar\u00e1n las herramientas para controlar este padecimiento.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Recuerda que la ansiedad es una respuesta normal; sin embargo, debemos estar atentos cuando deja de ser una ayuda y en su lugar nos genera malestar constante que afecta en el desarrollo de nuestras actividades cotidianas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Psic.
