Para conseguirlo es importante mantener felices y satisfechos a los colaboradores, conseguir que est\u00e9n comprometidos con los objetivos organizacionales, fomentar un sentimiento de identificaci\u00f3n y construir una visi\u00f3n conjunta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al trabajar estos puntos, la organizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 alcanzar un incremento en sus niveles de productividad, que colaborar\u00e1 a que la empresa alcance sus objetivos. Claro que esto es lo ideal, sin embargo\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un estudio realizado por el portal de empleos <strong>Bumeran<\/strong> en 2019 indica que el 54% de los encuestados no se siente c\u00f3modo en su entorno laboral. Al preguntarles las razones de su incomodidad, el 64% explica que es por el desinter\u00e9s que hay con los colaboradores, el 19% expone que hay roces entre compa\u00f1eros, el 14% habla de maltratos de sus pares y superiores y el 11% cree que se les exige de m\u00e1s. Eso quiere decir que no tienen el clima laboral adecuado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al ser preguntados por si se sienten valorados, el 66% no se considera apreciado en la empresa donde labora. \u00bfLos motivos? La mayor\u00eda lo asocia a un factor econ\u00f3mico, ya que el 48% explica que no le reconocen el desempe\u00f1o mediante bonos, premios o en su salario.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo mejorar el clima organizacional en una instituci\u00f3n? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">C\u00e9sar Edgardo Berrocal Moreno, docente del Diploma Internacional en Formulaci\u00f3n de Indicadores y Mediciones en Administraci\u00f3n de Personas en ESAN (2019) resalta lo siguiente: \u00abLa <strong>Psicolog\u00eda Organizacional<\/strong> es clave para comprender c\u00f3mo funciona la din\u00e1mica de las empresas y, principalmente, el pensamiento de las personas que laboran en ella con el objetivo de alcanzar su propia superaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La <strong>Psicolog\u00eda Organizacional<\/strong> se responsabiliza, entre muchos aspectos, de la evaluaci\u00f3n, seguimiento y supervisi\u00f3n del comportamiento, la integridad y resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos de los colaboradores. Asimismo, parte de dicho conocimiento para proponer y aplicar t\u00e9cnicas que permitan a las personas mejorar su condici\u00f3n. El componente organizacional se especializa en la evaluaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n de recursos humanos, diagn\u00f3stico de necesidades de capacitaci\u00f3n y programas de desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para Cecilia Jim\u00e9nez, gerente general de <strong>Personnel Group<\/strong>, consultora especialista en procesos de gesti\u00f3n del talento humano, \u201cla meta espec\u00edfica de la psicolog\u00eda de trabajo es lograr que los trabajadores que laboran en las empresas, no solo logren un rendimiento satisfactorio en el desempe\u00f1o de sus funciones, sino que lo hagan en un contexto arm\u00f3nico y motivador.\u201d (Info Capital Humano, 2021).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Alternativas para un mejor clima organizacional<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un factor que se acostumbra entre los diferentes equipos y que logra que los integrantes congenien, es el humor.
