La tecnolog\u00eda se convirti\u00f3 en una fuerte aliada para las organizaciones, no solo para el desarrollo de productos y servicios, sino tambi\u00e9n para el relacionamiento y conexi\u00f3n entre las personas que la integran y sus respectivos c\u00edrculos familiares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As\u00ed, se reafirm\u00f3 que la vida y el bienestar de las personas son lo m\u00e1s valioso dentro de una organizaci\u00f3n. Las empresas identificaron que sin estos activos, la industria no ser\u00eda apta para las nuevas exigencias y necesidades del mercado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si es l\u00edder de una compa\u00f1\u00eda, form\u00falese las siguientes preguntas: \u00bfC\u00f3mo estoy valorando a cada uno de los miembros de mi equipo?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tanto conozco sus habilidades y su situaci\u00f3n actual? y \u00bfqu\u00e9 tan eficiente, asertivo y constructivo es el feedback que implemento?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Rehumanizar?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rehumanizar es creer que las personas pueden ser mejores en todos los aspectos, es dar herramientas para evolucionar y as\u00ed no ser remplazados por la inteligencia artificial, es tener apertura a ideas y propuestas diferentes, a la transparencia (ser-hacer), generar compromiso y dar ejemplo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:
