A trav\u00e9s de peque\u00f1os <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>cambios en nuestra rutina diaria podemos construir un mundo mejor.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si todav\u00eda no sabes <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>c\u00f3mo comenzar a reducir tu huella ecol\u00f3gica,<\/strong><\/span> revisa las sugerencias que nos dio <\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Charlotte de\u00a0No Seas\u00a0Waste<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en un evento virtual que organizamos hace algunos d\u00edas.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Lo que puedes hacer para reducir tu huella ecol\u00f3gica<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>En la cocina:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Mant\u00e9n el refrigerador limpio.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Evita colocar bolsas u objetos que obstruyan la ventilaci\u00f3n para prevenir que la maquinaria consuma m\u00e1s energ\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Reduce el consumo de carne.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Impactas positivamente en el planeta, pues los recursos naturales destinados a la crianza de ganado y los mecanismos de pesca, tienen un efecto negativo en el medio ambiente.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Consume alimentos locales. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elige la compra de productos de la regi\u00f3n para contribuir a la disminuci\u00f3n de la emisi\u00f3n de carbono y que a su vez, se incentive el crecimiento de la econom\u00eda nacional.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><b>Emplea bolsas y contenedores reutilizables. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eliminas el riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n por pl\u00e1stico.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Reutiliza los alimentos. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logras reducir los desperdicios org\u00e1nicos que generan emisi\u00f3n de gas metano.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>En la casa:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><b>Apaga las luces cuando no las uses. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayudas a la reducci\u00f3n del calentamiento global y adem\u00e1s, ahorrar\u00e1s dinero.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Usa menos la secadora. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reemplaza su uso por la fuente natural de calor: El sol.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Desconecta tus cargadores. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed no generas un\u00a0 consumo constante de energ\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Utiliza menos el auto y reempl\u00e1zalo por caminatas o bicicleta. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evitas la contaminaci\u00f3n sin medida y se reduce el di\u00f3xido de carbono, adem\u00e1s de mantener un estilo de vida saludable.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Recuerda que como individuo, <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">tu huella ecol\u00f3gica tiene un gran impacto sobre el ambiente<\/span><\/strong> por lo que nuestra responsabilidad es cuidar de los recursos naturales del planeta, al mismo que, protegemos el bienestar de nuestro entorno para asegurar la preservaci\u00f3n de nuestros ecosistemas y sus especies.
