{"id":37319,"date":"2021-06-21T18:50:02","date_gmt":"2021-06-21T18:50:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=37319"},"modified":"2023-03-10T17:13:01","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T17:13:01","slug":"frustracion-estrategias-para-combatirla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/estudia-en-linea\/frustracion-estrategias-para-combatirla\/","title":{"rendered":"Frustraci\u00f3n: estrategias para combatirla."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es com\u00fan que la frustraci\u00f3n aparezca en nuestra vida de forma cotidiana; ya que esta emoci\u00f3n surge cuando no logramos cumplir con nuestras metas o no obtenemos los resultados deseados en alguna actividad en la que pusimos todo nuestro desempe\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de que es frecuente que podamos sentirla m\u00e1s de una vez al d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contrario a lo que podemos pensar, no est\u00e1 mal que la frustraci\u00f3n aparezca de vez en cuando en nosotros, al ser una emoci\u00f3n cumple una funci\u00f3n en nosotros: dirigir nuestra atenci\u00f3n y esfuerzo hacia la b\u00fasqueda de recursos que nos permitan cumplir nuestros objetivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Te presentamos algunas recomendaciones para poder tener una mayor tolerancia hacia la frustraci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Rel\u00e1jate:<\/strong> Toma unos minutos para realizar alg\u00fan ejercicio de respiraci\u00f3n o meditaci\u00f3n guiada, esto te ayudar\u00e1 a controlar ciertos s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos que presentes producto de la frustraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Analiza:<\/strong> Qu\u00e9 obst\u00e1culos o dificultades no te permitieron cumplir tu meta u obtener los resultados deseados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Define el problema:<\/strong> Es importante que definas la situaci\u00f3n o problema con base en los hechos y no en suposiciones o creencias, cuestiona si lo que piensas respecto al problema realmente est\u00e1 ocurriendo o no. A veces pensamos en que las cosas ocurren por destino o castigo pero \u00bfrealmente es as\u00ed?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Plantea tus metas:<\/strong> Estas deber\u00e1n ser a corto plazo (1 mes), a mediano plazo (6 meses) o a largo plazo (1 a\u00f1o), de esta forma podr\u00e1s ir cumpliendo con cada una de forma gradual y no esperar a lograr todo en un corto tiempo. <strong>Es importante que te propongas<\/strong><strong> metas realistas<\/strong>, sean o no ambiciosas, y considerar que en todos los casos es probable que aparezcan algunos imprevistos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Genera alternativas: <\/strong>Hacer una lluvia de ideas te permitir\u00e1 tener una mayor cantidad de alternativas que puedas emplear para resolver la situaci\u00f3n; si solo tenemos una ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil que podamos resolverlo porque tal vez no sea la adecuada, lo mejor es siempre tener varias opciones para que podamos elegir la mejor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Considera pedir ayuda: <\/strong>Es importante solicitar ayuda profesional cuando la situaci\u00f3n nos rebasa y se sale de control, ya que la frustraci\u00f3n se puede acompa\u00f1ar de ansiedad y estr\u00e9s, lo cual nos har\u00e1 sentirnos en un c\u00edrculo vicioso dif\u00edcil de romper. Existen diferentes aproximaciones terap\u00e9uticas que nos pueden apoyar a modificar nuestra respuesta, t\u00fa decidir\u00e1s cu\u00e1l es la mejor para ti.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es posible que podamos cambiar nuestro estilo de afrontamiento para incrementar nuestra tolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n y enfrentarnos a las dificultades diarias.
