deseos de los mercados objetivos, a cambio de una utilidad o beneficio para las instituciones que lo ejercitan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El marketing enfocado en la salud se utiliza para ubicar, analizar y presentar informaci\u00f3n sobre problemas de salud en una determinada regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El sector salud es el \u00faltimo sector en el que el mercadeo se ha aplicado como parte de una estrategia empresarial, a pesar de que es una especializaci\u00f3n con grandes oportunidades laborales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Marketing para salud<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hablar de mercadotecnia de la salud no s\u00f3lo se refiere a la comercializaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan producto tangible, sino tambi\u00e9n a la prevenci\u00f3n de los h\u00e1bitos saludables en s\u00ed mismo, puesto que el marketing es un medio m\u00e1s para atraer recursos y personas que regulen el nivel de demanda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tiene la funci\u00f3n de complementar la labor de los profesionales: m\u00e9dicos, enfermeros, especialistas, etc., y para ello debe jugar <strong>un papel m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong> que se base en el cumplimiento de ciertos objetivos, algunos son:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 Captar, retener y fidelizar mejor a los pacientes.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022\u00a0Mejorar la acci\u00f3n integral de la atenci\u00f3n al paciente.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022\u00a0Estandarizar el proceso de atenci\u00f3n al paciente en las primeras visitas.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022\u00a0Mejorar los servicios online e integrarlos dentro de la gesti\u00f3n hospitalaria.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022\u00a0Elaborar una estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n potente y diferenciadora.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022\u00a0Desarrollar modelos de negocio \u00fanicos, diferenciados y enfocados al paciente.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022\u00a0Saber manejar la comunicaci\u00f3n ante una situaci\u00f3n de crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Vicente Lluch<\/strong>, experto en mercadotecnia de salud y codirector del primer m\u00e1ster en este \u00e1mbito, en la Universidad de Valencia, en Espa\u00f1a, ha asegurado que \u201cla mercadotecnia es la soluci\u00f3n al descenso de pacientes en sanidad privada, ya que el Social Media y la comunicaci\u00f3n digital son t\u00e9cnicas de comunicaci\u00f3n a\u00fan por descubrir\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Las redes sociales dentro del sector salud<\/strong> est\u00e1n modificando las formas de publicidad y promoci\u00f3n que se hab\u00edan hecho hasta ahora; este sector est\u00e1 viviendo su propia transformaci\u00f3n digital, regulada por leyes y normas estrictas sobre el qu\u00e9 y c\u00f3mo se pueden comunicar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Entonces, por marketing de la salud se entiende al <strong>conjunto de actividades humanas que gu\u00edan y orientan\u00a0 a la organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para optimizar los productos y servicios del trabajo con los mercados, tratando la prevenci\u00f3n y los h\u00e1bitos correctos para una mejor salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Iv\u00e1n
