La explicaci\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica es que para completar el proceso de digesti\u00f3n es necesario que la sangre vaya hacia el aparato digestivo dejando al resto del organismo con menos sangre, lo que a su vez baja la concentraci\u00f3n en el cerebro y se produce la sensaci\u00f3n de sue\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin embargo, estudios recientes han explicado la verdadera raz\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o que aparece despu\u00e9s de la comida y \u00e9sta radica en la presencia de glucosa en la sangre, la cual hace descender en el cerebro los niveles de la prote\u00edna llamada orexina, cuya funci\u00f3n es la de mantenernos alerta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Algunos consejos para evitar el sue\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de la comida son:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25cf<\/strong>&nbsp; Procura llevar una buena alimentaci\u00f3n basada en prote\u00ednas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25cf<\/strong>&nbsp; Evita ingerir alimentos con alto contenido en carbohidratos y grasas que eleven tus niveles de glucosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25cf<\/strong>&nbsp; Desayunar adecuadamente establecer\u00e1 el nivel de energ\u00eda a lo largo del d\u00eda. Un desayuno saludable debe de contener alimentos como pan, cereales, yogurt o leche y evitar\u00e1 llegar a la comida con mucha hambre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25cf<\/strong>&nbsp; Los productos l\u00e1cteos son bajos en grasa, por lo que es recomendable que si por ejemplo se est\u00e1 en el trabajo, se ingiera un yogurt a media ma\u00f1ana, lo cual mantendr\u00e1 constante el suministro de energ\u00eda y evitar\u00e1 la fatiga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25cf<\/strong>&nbsp; Come menos grasa, ya que estos alimentos tardan m\u00e1s tiempo en digerirse y provocan la sensaci\u00f3n de pesadez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25cf&nbsp;<\/strong> Evita ingerir golosinas, chocolate y refresco, si bien aportan energ\u00eda, no la mantiene por mucho tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25cf&nbsp;<\/strong> Los alimentos ricos en prote\u00ednas y fibra son los ideales ya que favorecen a mantener el estado de alerta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como recomendaci\u00f3n final consume caf\u00e9, ya que puede funcionar como estimulante para evitar el sue\u00f1o durante el d\u00eda, aunque por la noche podr\u00eda comprometer el descanso.
