{"id":48203,"date":"2023-11-09T08:20:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-09T08:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=48203"},"modified":"2023-11-27T19:42:07","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T19:42:07","slug":"tecnica-desc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/peap\/tecnica-desc\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00e9cnica DESC: Comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva para el manejo de conflictos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La comunicaci\u00f3n humana consiste en la expresi\u00f3n de ideas, emociones, posturas, principalmente; adem\u00e1s de que as\u00ed nos hace visibles y nos valida. Sin embargo, aprender a comunicarse de forma efectiva y arm\u00f3nica no es una tarea sencilla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello, existe un <strong>estilo de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> llamado <strong>asertivo, <\/strong>que es definido como: una forma de expresi\u00f3n consciente, congruente, clara y equilibrada, cuya finalidad es comunicar nuestras ideas y sentimientos o defender nuestros derechos a trav\u00e9s del respeto y la consideraci\u00f3n por el otro (D\u00edaz, 2011). Sus caracter\u00edsticas verbales son: frases como \u201cpienso\u201d, \u201csiento\u201d, \u201cquiero\u201d \u201chagamos\u201d \u201cme gustar\u00eda\u201d, \u201c\u00bfqu\u00e9 piensas?\u201d, \u201c\u00bfqu\u00e9 te parece?\u201d \u201c\u00bfte gustar\u00eda?\u201d; las no verbales son: contacto ocular directo, tono de voz firme, habla fluida y pausada, postura directa, manos sueltas y gestos firmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Otros estilos de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n pasiva<\/strong>: Se caracteriza por una escasa o nula verbalizaci\u00f3n de lo que se piensa, y\/o siente, evitando actuar por miedo a las consecuencias. El individuo prioriza las necesidades, deseos y sentimientos de los dem\u00e1s. Algunas caracter\u00edsticas verbales son: usar frases como \u201cquiz\u00e1s\u201d, \u201csupongo\u201d, \u201ceh&#8230;\u201d, \u201cbueno, no es importante\u201d. Las no verbales: ojos que miran hacia abajo, voz baja, postura encorvada, retorcer las manos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n agresiva:<\/strong> Defiende en exceso los derechos personales sin tener en cuenta los de los dem\u00e1s. Este estilo suele intimidar e ignorar las necesidades del otro. Sus caracter\u00edsticas verbales son: frases como \u201cHaz lo que te digo\u201d, \u201cSi no lo haces\u201d, \u201cNo sabes\u201d, \u201cDeber\u00e1s\u201d, \u201cLo haces mal\u201d.&nbsp; No verbales: Habla fluida\/ r\u00e1pida, enfrentamiento, cr\u00edtica, humillaci\u00f3n, dominaci\u00f3n, interrumpe al hablar, mirada amenazante (Therapist Aid, 2017).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La T\u00e9cnica DESC para enfrentar conflictos interpersonales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay una gran cantidad de t\u00e9cnicas para aplicar la comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva y cada una de ellas est\u00e1 construida para un fin espec\u00edfico. A continuaci\u00f3n, se desarrollar\u00e1 la t\u00e9cnica DESC, la cual fue creada por los psic\u00f3logos Sharon A. y Gordon H. Bower que por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s significa: Describir, Expresar, Espec\u00edficar, Consecuencias (Bower y Bower, 1991):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Describir los hechos:<\/strong> en este primer paso, es necesario ser lo m\u00e1s claro, concreto y sencillo posible, evitando cr\u00edticas o juicios de valor como \u201cmal o bien\u201d. El objetivo de este primer punto es hacerle saber a la persona \u00bfqu\u00e9 pas\u00f3?&nbsp; Para tal descripci\u00f3n puedes ayudarte de las preguntas siguientes: \u201c\u00bfqu\u00e9 pas\u00f3?, \u00bfcu\u00e1ndo?, \u00bfen d\u00f3nde?\u201d. Es recomendable adoptar un tono neutro y un vocabulario simple.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Expresar los sentimientos:<\/strong> consiste en comunicar los sentimientos que te gener\u00f3 el hecho anteriormente descrito, mismo que pudo haber provocado enojo, tristeza, preocupaci\u00f3n o desacuerdo. Para ello, se sugiere utilizar el lenguaje en primera persona: \u201cYo siento\u201d, \u201cyo pienso\u201d. Cabe mencionar que aqu\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se pueden expresar pensamientos, siempre y cuando estos no contengan alg\u00fan juicio de valor. Por otro lado, en caso de ser necesario, este paso puede ser el momento para expresar la parte de nuestra responsabilidad en la situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Especificar soluciones\/ Sugerir Soluciones: <\/strong>consiste en encontrar o proponer acciones que pueden ponerse en marcha para mejorar el problema o situaci\u00f3n y que no se repita pr\u00f3ximamente. Es recomendable responder a la pregunta \u201c\u00bfc\u00f3mo mejorar las cosas?\u201d&nbsp; En ella se puede integrar un cambio de conducta propio o la solicitud de cambio de conducta de la otra persona; se sugiere utilizar las frases: \u201cMe gustar\u00eda\u201d \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 te parece?\u201d \u201c\u00bfMe sentir\u00eda m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda(o) si\u2026\u201d, \u201c\u00bfestar\u00edas de acuerdo?\u201d \u201cQuisiera escuchar tu punto de vista\u201d. Las propuestas deben ser constructivas: claras, precisas, realistas y alcanzables.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Consecuencias o beneficios:<\/strong> este \u00faltimo paso se refiere a indicar las consecuencias favorables que se tendr\u00edan al aplicar el cambio de conducta propuesto y el solicitado. Y si es necesario, tambi\u00e9n es posible indicar las consecuencias no favorables de una falta de cooperaci\u00f3n ante el cambio pedido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beneficios de la T\u00e9cnica DESC<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desarrolla habilidades para aprender a manejar conflictos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permite la expresi\u00f3n de emociones, sentimientos y pensamientos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayuda a hacer peticiones claras y de forma concreta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fortalece tus relaciones interpersonales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promueve el cambio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favorece el desarrollo de contextos arm\u00f3nicos y saludables.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advertencia para prevenir la frustraci\u00f3n al aplicarla:<\/strong> El empleo de las t\u00e9cnicas de comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva no garantiza que desaparezca el conflicto, pero el aprender a utilizarla maximiza las consecuencias favorables y minimiza las desfavorables en la pr\u00e1ctica de tus relaciones interpersonales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si consideras que necesitas apoyo para su pr\u00e1ctica y ejecuci\u00f3n, recuerda que puedes solicitar ayuda al <a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y9fwzrv7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Servicio de Orientaci\u00f3n Psicol\u00f3gica de la Universidad.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>Psic.
