{"id":48695,"date":"2024-02-29T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-29T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=48695"},"modified":"2024-02-29T17:14:12","modified_gmt":"2024-02-29T17:14:12","slug":"habitos-para-la-salud-emocional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/peap\/habitos-para-la-salud-emocional\/","title":{"rendered":"H\u00e1bitos que mejoran o perjudican mis emociones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Al hablar de&nbsp;salud emocional, nos referimos a la forma&nbsp;como&nbsp;nos sentimos con nosotros mismos; pero tambi\u00e9n, a la&nbsp;calidad&nbsp;de nuestras&nbsp;relaciones&nbsp;con los dem\u00e1s y a c\u00f3mo vivimos el mundo. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las pr\u00e1cticas y&nbsp;h\u00e1bitos para mejorar la salud emocional&nbsp;han comenzado a tomar relevancia en la sociedad: las personas ya no buscan solamente sentirse sanos f\u00edsicamente, sino tambi\u00e9n mental y emocionalmente. Basados en evaluaciones de perfiles de salud nacionales, se han investigado los cambios percibidos en los h\u00e1bitos de estilo de vida en respuesta a la pandemia de COVID-19 y las asociaciones entre los cambios percibidos en el estilo de vida y la salud mental.&nbsp;Entre 5.599 personas (50% mujeres) Los cambios negativos en los h\u00e1bitos de vida y pasar m\u00e1s tiempo en un estado mentalmente pasivo sentado en casa se asociaron con mayores probabilidades de sufrir problemas de salud mental.&nbsp;Los resultados enfatizan la necesidad de apoyar en la generaci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables para fortalecer la resiliencia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed, existen h\u00e1bitos que podemos implementar o eliminar para mantener nuestra salud emocional. A continuaci\u00f3n, pondremos en tu consideraci\u00f3n algunos de ellos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Descansa y duerme lo suficiente<\/strong>: para estar al cien por ciento cada d\u00eda, una persona necesita dormir un m\u00ednimo de 6 horas. Sin embargo, lo m\u00e1s recomendable es dormir de&nbsp;7 a 8 horas diarias. Estrategias que puedes tener para mejorar tu calidad de sue\u00f1o y beneficiar tu emocionalidad son:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disminuir el uso del celular o&nbsp; televisor antes de acostarte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear una rutina antes de ir a dormir, en la que sigas los mismos pasos todos los d\u00edas para&nbsp;habituar a tu mente y cuerpo&nbsp;y que sepa cuando es hora de dormir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Cuida tu alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: lo que comemos afecta&nbsp;nuestra energ\u00eda&nbsp;y&nbsp;estado de \u00e1nimo. Procura tener una dieta balanceada, basada en el plato del buen comer. Recuerda que comer de todo no est\u00e1 mal, pero cuando comemos en&nbsp;exceso&nbsp;un tipo de comida, puede&nbsp;afectarnos&nbsp;en nuestra salud f\u00edsica y mental. Tambi\u00e9n es importante que no te saltes comidas durante el d\u00eda, ya que estos tiempos prolongados sin comer llegan a afectar emocionalidad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Mantente activo<\/strong>: est\u00e1 comprobado que hacer una actividad f\u00edsica como el ejercicio,&nbsp;reduce los niveles de estr\u00e9s&nbsp;que podemos tener. Realizar ejercicio diario durante 30 minutos es recomendable para mantenerte con&nbsp;energ\u00eda,&nbsp;cuidar de tu cuerpo, influir en tu autoestima&nbsp;y fortalecer tu&nbsp;salud emocional.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Expresa lo que piensas y lo que sientes<\/strong>: todos tenemos derecho a&nbsp;expresar c\u00f3mo nos sentimos&nbsp;e incluso a&nbsp;pedir apoyo. Hacerle saber a los dem\u00e1s c\u00f3mo te sientes, abre una puerta de mayor&nbsp;empat\u00eda. Recuerda que al expresarnos, debemos procurar nuestro bienestar y tambi\u00e9n tener presente el respeto hacia los dem\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1ctica actividades que disfrutes<\/strong>: es importante un&nbsp;tiempo de recreaci\u00f3n&nbsp;en el que realices actividades que te gustan, que te permiten&nbsp;despejarte,&nbsp;disminuir el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/home.tequeremosescuchar.com\/estres\/que-tengo-que-saber-del-estres\/\">estr\u00e9s<\/a> y promover tu bienestar emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goleman (1995) explica que: El \u00e9xito de una persona no depende del intelecto o de estudios acad\u00e9micos, sino de su inteligencia emocional, que, seg\u00fan el autor es \u2018la capacidad de reconocer los sentimientos propios y\u00a0 de los dem\u00e1s, para as\u00ed manejar bien las emociones y tener relaciones m\u00e1s productivas con quienes nos rodean\u2019, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en que no nacemos con inteligencia emocional sino que nosotros mismos la podemos crear, alimentar y fortalecer a trav\u00e9s de nuestros conocimientos y h\u00e1bitos.
