{"id":49098,"date":"2024-05-17T22:33:26","date_gmt":"2024-05-17T22:33:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=49098"},"modified":"2024-05-21T13:22:23","modified_gmt":"2024-05-21T13:22:23","slug":"ciclo-estres-como-enfrentarlo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/peap\/ciclo-estres-como-enfrentarlo\/","title":{"rendered":"Ciclo del estr\u00e9s y c\u00f3mo enfrentarlo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Una de las primeras aproximaciones al estudio del estr\u00e9s fue desarrollada por el m\u00e9dico Seyle (citado en Mart\u00edn Hern\u00e1ndez, et. al.) quien menciona que <strong>el estr\u00e9s es \u201cuna respuesta no espec\u00edfica ante una amenaza externa\u201d<\/strong> de la cual las personas buscar\u00e1n defenderse, respuesta que se da por cambios fisiol\u00f3gicos en el organismo de la persona que <strong>est\u00e1 dividida en tres fases<\/strong> que llam\u00f3 S\u00edndrome de Adaptaci\u00f3n General (GAS) y consiste en:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reacci\u00f3n de alarma:<\/strong> el organismo reacciona por medio de cambios fisiol\u00f3gicos y hormonales como forma de autodefensa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estado de resistencia:<\/strong> es un periodo de adaptaci\u00f3n para vencer la amenaza provocada por el estresor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agotamiento:<\/strong> en caso de que se mantenga la exposici\u00f3n al estresor, el organismo experimentar\u00e1 agotamiento debido a la tensi\u00f3n provocada en el estado de resistencia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que dicho planteamiento no distingue entre diferentes factores estresantes ni de la interpretaci\u00f3n que hace una persona de la situaci\u00f3n experimentada como lo hacen las aproximaciones transaccionales que proponen un enfoque en los procesos atencionales, motivacionales y evaluativos entre una situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil y la reacci\u00f3n del individuo, partiendo as\u00ed de la idea de que, <strong>el estr\u00e9s, tendr\u00e1 su origen a partir de las situaciones demandantes y la interpretaci\u00f3n que se haga de la situaci\u00f3n y de ellos mismos<\/strong>, de manera que incluyen los procesos psicol\u00f3gicos involucrados para entender los efectos estresores en el bienestar de las personas (Mart\u00edn Hern\u00e1ndez, et. al., 2003)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud define el estr\u00e9s como \u201cun estado de preocupaci\u00f3n o tensi\u00f3n mental<\/strong> generado por una situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil (&#8230;), ya que se trata de una respuesta natural a las amenazas y a otros est\u00edmulos\u201d (2023), por lo cual, es normal sentir estr\u00e9s ante una situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil y, por lo mismo, <strong>es importante aprender a hacerle frente como clave para preservar la salud y el bienestar<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el portal UNAM Global (2023), el 75% de los trabajadores en M\u00e9xico sufren de fatiga por estr\u00e9s laboral, superando a China y EU, adem\u00e1s de que el 40% de quienes realizan su trabajo en escritorio, mencionan sentirse exhaustos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Lazarus y Folkman (citados en Mart\u00edn Hern\u00e1ndez, et. al., 2003) describen el <strong>estr\u00e9s psicol\u00f3gico<\/strong> como <strong>una \u201crelaci\u00f3n entre la persona y el ambiente, que es evaluada por la persona como excediendo sus recursos y poniendo en peligro su bienestar\u201d<\/strong> (p.7). Adem\u00e1s, distinguen diferentes <strong>estilos de afrontamiento<\/strong> para disminuir el impacto del estr\u00e9s en el bienestar del individuo, el primero <strong>centrado en el problema e implica una modificaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n problem\u00e1tica<\/strong>, o bien, <strong>aportando nuevos recursos para contrarrestar la alta demanda de dicho problema<\/strong> con el objetivo de poder <strong>darle soluci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Por otro lado, est\u00e1 el enfoque <strong>centrado en la emoci\u00f3n y tiene como objetivo buscar la regulaci\u00f3n emocional, modificando el malestar y los estados emocionales <\/strong>ya sea: <strong>evitando la situaci\u00f3n estresante, reevaluar la situaci\u00f3n problem\u00e1tica<\/strong> para cambiar una amenaza en un desaf\u00edo, o bien, atender selectivamente a los elementos positivos de dicha situaci\u00f3n y entenderla como una situaci\u00f3n benigna y menos amenazante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas estrategias para disminuir el nivel de estr\u00e9s, son:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mantener una rutina de autocuidado saludable:<\/strong> te ayudar\u00e1 a mantener tu atenci\u00f3n y enfoque necesarios para resolver problem\u00e1ticas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Establece metas realistas partiendo de una buena organizaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> esto te permitir\u00e1 administrar tus recursos de una mejor manera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reconoce tus cualidades y virtudes sobre todo en situaciones demandantes:<\/strong> te permitir\u00e1 hacer uso de ellas para resolver los problemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identifica tus \u00e1reas de oportunidad:<\/strong> reconocer las equivocaciones te dar\u00e1 la oportunidad de mejorar de manera focalizada en aquellos aspectos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reeval\u00faa la situaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> identifica la verdadera amenaza basada en hechos, no suposiciones as\u00ed los beneficios que tendr\u00e1s una vez atendida la situaci\u00f3n problem\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no cuentas con recursos personales, pero deseas encontrar soluciones al estr\u00e9s, considera el servicio de <a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y9fwzrv7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Orientaci\u00f3n Psicol\u00f3gica de la universidad.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Psic. \u00c1ngeles Reyes Cort\u00e9s<\/strong><br><strong>Orientaci\u00f3n Psicol\u00f3gica<\/strong><br><strong>Programa de \u00c9xito Acad\u00e9mico y Profesional (PEAP)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bibliograf\u00eda<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dur\u00e1n, M.
