{"id":49757,"date":"2024-09-30T15:48:19","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T15:48:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=49757"},"modified":"2024-10-04T14:24:41","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T14:24:41","slug":"hackathon-universitario-tecnologias-emergentes-y-futuro-del-empleo-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/expansion-profesional\/hackathon-universitario-tecnologias-emergentes-y-futuro-del-empleo-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Explorando nuevas oportunidades                             Hackathon Universitario: Tecnolog\u00edas emergentes y futuro del empleo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los d\u00edas 20 y 21 de septiembre se llev\u00f3 a cabo el <strong>Hackathon Universitario: Tecnolog\u00edas emergentes y futuro del empleo en colaboraci\u00f3n con IBM,<\/strong> donde nuestros participantes se dedicaron a desarrollar prototipos innovadores, enfocados en fortalecer habilidades clave para el mercado laboral del futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Innovaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda y trabajo colaborativo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante estas 48 horas ininterrumpidas, m\u00e1s de 200 participantes de nuestra comunidad estudiantil, provenientes de diversos pa\u00edses, edades y carreras, demostraron su talento al crear soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas innovadoras. Contaron con el apoyo de m\u00e1s de 110 mentores y 15 expertos de la industria, quienes ofrecieron su experiencia para guiar los proyectos. Estas figuras clave no solo ayudaron a potenciar sus ideas, sino que tambi\u00e9n brindaron un contexto actual sobre las tecnolog\u00edas emergentes y las habilidades indispensables para los profesionales del futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IBM: aliado estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n del Hackathon Universitario, <strong>IBM<\/strong> se destac\u00f3 como un aliado estrat\u00e9gico, brindando acceso a herramientas de vanguardia y conocimientos especializados en el \u00e1mbito tecnol\u00f3gico. La colaboraci\u00f3n con una empresa l\u00edder en tecnolog\u00eda y servicios permiti\u00f3 a los participantes explorar y desarrollar soluciones innovadoras, con un enfoque pr\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias al respaldo de IBM, los equipos no solo desarrollaron prototipos creativos, sino que tambi\u00e9n fortalecieron habilidades transversales esenciales como el trabajo en equipo, la comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva y el liderazgo. Estas competencias son cada vez m\u00e1s valoradas en un entorno laboral competitivo, donde los empleadores buscan profesionales capaces de enfrentar retos din\u00e1micos. La experiencia y el apoyo de IBM fueron fundamentales para que los participantes pudieran adentrarse en el futuro del empleo y las tecnolog\u00edas emergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proyectos destacados<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n del Hackathon Universitario, fuimos testigos del talento y dedicaci\u00f3n de todos los participantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuvimos tres proyectos ganadores, y el primer lugar fue para la plataforma<strong> EVA de (Juan Manuel Mulcue Vivas, Diego Alejandro R\u00edos Restrepo, Braulio Aquino Pogan, Henry Jeovanny Viveros Losano, Juan Javier Alvarez Mota)<\/strong>, quienes accedieron a becas integrales en Utel, la oportunidad de intercambiar calificaciones en alguna materia del bimestre, y una insignia digital para aquellos que son U Campers. Adem\u00e1s, los ganadores pudieron realizar networking con estudiantes y profesionales de distintas \u00e1reas, desarrollar habilidades tecnol\u00f3gicas y de liderazgo, y contribuir a la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica con el apoyo de IBM en tecnolog\u00edas emergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1\u00b0 lugar- EVA <\/strong>plataforma innovadora de selecci\u00f3n de talento creada por <strong>Juan Manuel Mulcue Vivas, Diego Alejandro R\u00edos Restrepo, Braulio Aquino Pogan, Henry Jeovanny Viveros Losano, Juan Javier Alvarez Mota, <\/strong>que mediante el uso de inteligencia artificial y avatares interactivos, automatiza el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n de las empresas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2\u00b0 lugar- SMART-BRAIN <\/strong>plataforma de aprendizaje desarrollada por <strong>por Cesar Francisco Nava Hern\u00e1ndez, Diana Athziri Coronado Hern\u00e1ndez, Santos Alejandro De La Fuente Trevi\u00f1o<\/strong> plataforma de aprendizaje, apta para usar de manera individual o en entornos escolares, que combina la inteligencia artificial, sistema de repetici\u00f3n y tarjetas de memorizaci\u00f3n para evaluar el progreso de los estudiantes y mejorar su aprendizaje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3\u00b0 lugar-DECIDE<\/strong> de las siglas <strong>Desarrollo y Elecci\u00f3n de Carreras con Impacto y Direcci\u00f3n Educativa integrado por Brian Irving Hern\u00e1ndez Pi\u00f1a, Juana Yurandiri Perez Bautista, Luis Jesus Olguin Hernandez, Ra\u00fal Alejandro Ram\u00edrez Vergara, Narayana Virginia Guzman Vargas, Alexandro Moctezuma Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>, es un proyecto que busca ser la mejor alternativa de orientaci\u00f3n vocacional impulsada por IA para estudiantes que deseen conocer las carreras disponibles en M\u00e9xico, con proyecci\u00f3n hacia el resto de Latinoam\u00e9rica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Habilidades para el futuro laboral&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En Utel, comprendemos la importancia de preparar a nuestros estudiantes para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos de un mercado laboral en constante evoluci\u00f3n. Por ello, el Hackathon Universitario: Tecnolog\u00edas emergentes y futuro del empleo fue una oportunidad \u00fanica para que nuestra comunidad estudiantil interactuara de primera mano con tecnolog\u00edas de vanguardia, como la automatizaci\u00f3n y la inteligencia artificial, que est\u00e1n redefiniendo las industrias.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La siguiente edici\u00f3n del Hackathon Universitario est\u00e1 por llegar, enfocada en la Gesti\u00f3n de residuos y econom\u00eda sostenible.
