Con el avance de las tecnolog\u00edas digitales, la virtualizaci\u00f3n del aprendizaje y el acceso masivo a la informaci\u00f3n, el rol del profesor ha dejado de ser el de un simple transmisor de conocimiento. Hoy, ser <strong>docente en la era digital<\/strong> implica adaptarse, aprender constantemente y conectar con estudiantes desde nuevas formas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este nuevo contexto exige habilidades distintas: desde el manejo de plataformas digitales hasta la capacidad de guiar a los estudiantes en la construcci\u00f3n de un pensamiento cr\u00edtico y aut\u00f3nomo. Es entender que cada estudiante tiene un contexto, un ritmo y una forma de aprender. Por eso, el docente ya no solo imparte contenido, sino que <strong>dise\u00f1a experiencias personalizadas, promueve la participaci\u00f3n activa y utiliza la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> como una aliada para generar aprendizajes significativos. La clave est\u00e1 en mantenerse actualizado, con disposici\u00f3n para reinventarse y con una visi\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica centrada en el desarrollo integral del estudiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Educar en un entorno digital: m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la tecnolog\u00eda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La virtualidad ha abierto un abanico de posibilidades para docentes y estudiantes. Herramientas como Canva, Padlet o Genially permiten <strong>dinamizar el contenido, facilitar la comprensi\u00f3n y fomentar la creatividad<\/strong>.
