{"id":51139,"date":"2025-07-01T22:35:24","date_gmt":"2025-07-01T22:35:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=51139"},"modified":"2025-07-03T14:52:47","modified_gmt":"2025-07-03T14:52:47","slug":"autoimagen-y-bienestar-emocional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/peap\/autoimagen-y-bienestar-emocional\/","title":{"rendered":"Sobre la autoimagen y el bienestar emocional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Como parte de la celebraci\u00f3n del d\u00eda mundial del bienestar, cuyo objetivo se centra en dedicar atenci\u00f3n a llevar un estilo de vida saludable, vivir bien y aumentar las conductas de autocuidado (Global wellness day, s.f.), es importante incluir diferentes indicadores del bienestar como lo es la autoimagen, definida como la integraci\u00f3n de la percepci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, los roles sociales y los rasgos personales, adem\u00e1s de que impacta en la experiencia emocional que tiene cada individuo sobre s\u00ed mismo. (Hill, citado en Buitrago &amp; S\u00e1enz, 2021; Buitrago &amp; S\u00e1enz, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autoimagen y redes sociales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un factor importante que impacta en el tema de la <strong>autoimagen<\/strong> es el uso de la <strong>redes sociales<\/strong>, siendo utilizadas tanto por adolescentes como adultos y su <strong>impacto en el bienestar emocional<\/strong> de las personas se ha convertido en un foco de atenci\u00f3n debido, en muchas ocasiones, a las comparaciones entre logros, experiencias y apariencias con las dem\u00e1s personas, sobre todo con quienes se consideran m\u00e1s exitosos o felices, generando en otros un sentimiento de ser insuficientes sin mencionar los comentarios de cr\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, ofensas o falta de reacciones en el contenido. (Bustos, et. al., 2021)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la encuesta <em>What women want?<\/em> (2018), \u201c<strong>en M\u00e9xico, la autoestima de las mujeres todav\u00eda es m\u00e1s baja que la de los hombres<\/strong>. S\u00f3lo un 47% de las mujeres se sienten con alta autoestima mientras que un 53% de los hombres afirman lo mismo\u201d (p. 2) lo cual es un dato relevante <strong>para entender dicho impacto en redes sociales<\/strong> ya que continuamente <strong>la validaci\u00f3n que se obtiene al recibir reacciones (comentarios, \u201cme gusta\u201d, etc.) en su contenido de redes sociales puede favorecer su autoestima moment\u00e1neamente<\/strong>, generando aparente bienestar inmediato, pero causando una dependencia hacia dicha validaci\u00f3n externa y moment\u00e1nea (Bustos, et. al., 2021) promoviendo la aparici\u00f3n de problemas de salud mental como ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, problemas de conducta alimentaria, autoestima, etc. en j\u00f3venes y adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Factores de autocuidado que fomentan una buena autoimagen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Acciones de cuidado f\u00edsico:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Procura tu alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y equilibrada<\/strong> sin restricciones inadecuadas; si consideras necesario, consulta a un nutri\u00f3logo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Movimiento f\u00edsico: <\/strong>realiza una rutina de ejercicio que te ayude a llevar una vida menos sedentaria.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Descanso adecuado:<\/strong>&nbsp; duerme las horas necesarias para descansar y recuperar energ\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Acciones de cuidado emocional:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Realiza un diario o lista diaria de logros alcanzados<\/strong> en el d\u00eda, incluye los m\u00e1s sencillos y los m\u00e1s complejos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identifica con amabilidad<\/strong> los aspectos que deseas mejorar o habilidades a desarrollar.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantener l\u00edmites claros con personas y espacios susceptibles a la cr\u00edtica<\/strong> y refuerza la cercan\u00eda con tus redes de apoyo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Toma en cuenta los aspectos anteriores para que \u00e9stos te permitan hacer una revisi\u00f3n personal en cuanto a imagen y los elementos que puedes modificar para sentirte mejor.
