{"id":51944,"date":"2026-04-15T11:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/?p=51944"},"modified":"2026-04-15T17:17:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T17:17:51","slug":"guia-practica-para-tu-bienestar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utel.mx\/blog\/peap\/guia-practica-para-tu-bienestar\/","title":{"rendered":"Gu\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica para tu bienestar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>El concepto de salud ha dejado de ser percibido como un estado de quietud para entenderse como un equilibrio din\u00e1mico, multidimensional e integral; seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud<\/strong> (OMS, s.f.), este concepto trasciende la mera ausencia de afecciones para consolidarse como un estado de completo bienestar f\u00edsico, mental y social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta perspectiva de entender la salud anima a las <strong>personas a ser responsables de su propio bienestar<\/strong> y a cuidar todos estos aspectos de su vida. Por ejemplo, el fil\u00f3sofo Arthur Schopenhauer dec\u00eda que la salud es la base principal para ser feliz, y que, sin ella, ninguna otra fuente de placer da verdadera alegr\u00eda (citado en Guerra, s.f.). <strong>Este cambio de una visi\u00f3n s\u00f3lo f\u00edsica a una m\u00e1s integral, que considera tambi\u00e9n la mente y las relaciones sociales, es muy importante<\/strong>: hace que cada persona pase de ser simplemente un paciente que recibe cuidados a ser alguien que puede gestionar y cuidar su propio equilibrio y bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la perspectiva biopsicosocial que propone la Clasificaci\u00f3n Internacional del Funcionamiento (CIF), debemos abandonar la idea binaria de \u00absano\u00bb o \u00abenfermo\u00bb. <strong>El bienestar debe entenderse como un <\/strong><strong><em>continuum<\/em><\/strong><strong> de funcionamiento que nos afecta a todos en diversas etapas<\/strong>. Esta visi\u00f3n integra dos dimensiones fundamentales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dominios de salud (intr\u00ednsecos):<\/strong> Funciones mentales, fuerza muscular o visi\u00f3n; aquello que reside en nuestra entidad fisio-psicol\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dominios relacionados con la salud (extr\u00ednsecos):<\/strong> Factores como el entorno, la educaci\u00f3n y la interacci\u00f3n social, que son inseparables de nuestra experiencia vital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ver el funcionamiento humano como un hilo continuo elimina el estigma de la discapacidad, reconoci\u00e9ndose como una condici\u00f3n inmanente a la humanidad. <strong>El bienestar, por tanto, no es un destino est\u00e1tico, sino la capacidad de navegar este <em>continuum<\/em> con integridad<\/strong>. (Fern\u00e1ndez-L\u00f3pez, et. al., 2010)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gu\u00eda para el cuidado integral de la salud y el bienestar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los h\u00e1bitos modificables constituyen la tecnolog\u00eda biol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s potente a disposici\u00f3n del individuo. La evidencia demuestra que una gesti\u00f3n proactiva del estilo de vida puede desviar el curso de predisposiciones gen\u00e9ticas y retrasar significativamente las enfermedades no transmisibles. Basado en las directrices cl\u00ednicas de la Dra.
